Extremely efficient clinic. My procedures were on time. Given how in demand these highly regarded specialists are, I was grateful to have been seen so quickly. Dr. Rosenberg was very professional, gentle, kind, and thorough. I found Dr. Chadi to be very kind and jovial. He was also very gentle. My findings were explained the same day. The staff were competent, caring, and all around lovely. Highly recommend this clinic.

leave any hope that anyone will pick up the phone on the reception. And when I managed to get someone after 15 attempts, a woman responded with horrific level of English language, so I had to repeat every line 3 times. She doesn't know even spelling. It was nightmare to book with them

My mom has an appt at this place her appt was at 10am, but they asked us to comes in @9:30 so we did, we checked in and the receptionist said will call me back 15mins before she wakes up. After I left my mom was left in the waiting room for an hour, they even called the people that came after her. So if I didn’t call the receptionist to ask why is taken so long my mom would’ve still left alone in the waiting room. And I asked them is it because she doesn’t speak English that’s why no one was trying to help her, whoever was on the phone didn’t said much and pause for a awhile and said the doctor is running late. Not happy with this and I had to wait downstairs with my 2 toddlers.

I had two issues completely misdiagnosed by the physician and nurse (or resident). The staff and lead physician were nice enough, but the physician tried to send me home with this wrong diagnosis, telling me that everything would resolve on its own. I'm very glad that the physician, although completely wrong in his assessment, did not hesitate to refer me to another clinic when I doubted his diagnosis. This referral was the best part of my experience. Those issues I had were immediately correctly diagnosed at Women's College Hospital, and it turned out that I needed multiple surgeries. I would not recommend this clinic, as the issues I have are apparently very common, yet this physician could not recognize them. I would recommend anyone attending this clinic also seek a second opinion.

The initial appointment and endoscopy were great, but all the follow ups have been arduous. Phone calls go unanswered, emails go unresponded to.Pharmacy didn't get a response for a prescription refills. I had to follow up 5-6 times! over email for a prescription update and ran out of medicine. Had to get my family doctor to call and fill the prescription instead.The doctor was twice an hour late for phone appointments and didn't acknowledge or apologize. I had to reschedule meetings both times.Going to transfer to another clinic that hopefully cares a bit more and is a bit more responsive.

Every single person working here is amazing! From the admin staff, to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist and doctor. I didn’t meet the cleaning staff, but the clinic is also so clean, so I imagine they are great too! I was very nervous and everyone made me feel so comfortable. 5+ stars all around. Thank you everyone for making me feel safe and cared for!

The procedure went SO smoothly. I felt comfortable, the staff were competent and kind. The reviews about getting a hold of the clinic are kind of true.. It takes multiple calls which can be frustrating, as they take forever to get back to you and you're left playing phone tag! Otherwise, I'd recommend. The doctor gave me feedback on his findings right away, and gave a rough timeline for when I'd hear back with results from the biopsies.

Just wanted to share excellent experience with my caring physician Dr.Chis (gastroenterology) and Dr.McCollum (anesthesiologist, if I remember her name correctly after sedation!). Very professional and caring.

Excellent! Professional! Competent. Dr. Kim is truly patient centered and fantastic.

The Staff were polite however I would not recommend.I showed up at 2:25pm for my 2:30pm after 5mins I was asked my personal questions and to sign a waiver in front of 6 others in the waiting room. All the while every other patient was granted a personal space to ask questions, address personal concerns.2:50pm I have still not been seen and the 3pm appointment shows up asking how long. Reception says 15 to 20 mins. Figuring I was going to be called any min, 25 mins go by and they call the 3pm.I politely asked what is going on and after time they come back saying another 20 mins. 1.5hrs while others with later appointments are served no thanks..Since I am signing a waiver removing all liabilities, I would not trust any clinic that does not respect my privacy or time.
