The replaced my front bumper for a unbelievably good price, and it's hard to find parts for my piticular car. They even painted it and installed it for me. They did an amazing job. It looks like a new car A+

Very positive experience. They arrived when they said they would, checked out my vehicle, gave me cash, I signed the bill of sale and I would definitely do business with this company again should the need arise.

I was able to sell my Yukon to them and have it gone within the day. They picked up my vehicle which saved me the hassle of trying to take it all the way to Calgary. They were good to come all the way from Calgary. I appreciated their help in being able to get rid of my vehicle. They were nice people to deal with. I’ll hope not to have a vehicle I own quit on me again but if one does I will contact them.

Fast, fair, highly recommend to anyone needing to remove broken down car

Polite and courteous.I am disabled and don't live in Calgary. It is uncomfortable for me to drive there. My vehicle was recovered from a theft. I contacted Empire and they offered me $1500 for the salvage. Gentleman's agreement. They picked it up from impound, paid the 350 dollar fee to have it released and then decided that they would only pay me 500 on top of this impound fee after they had already picked up the vehicle.Their argument was that the plastic bumper and plastic headlight casing was damaged. I know they make their money from salvaging metal and they know it too. Or they could replace the bumper and sell the Luxury model SUV with a 120,000 kms on it for a huge profit.What was I going to do? They already had the vehicle! Drive 3 hours there and 3 hours home there was a mangled spine? They knew they could take advantage of me and they did.
