AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT USE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND SET UP IN A WAY TO SCAM.The cleaning itself was a solid 2/10. Not worth it AT ALL. Literally go anywhere else.This company is not based in Yorkville, and they LIE CONSISTENTLY.Their set-up is that they provide a set amount regardless of how much is cleaned. The cleaner did half of one room out of 4 rooms total. We spoke on the phone with management, who said they would refund us. The cleaner convinced us to sign the form that allows the cleaner to leave, despite us saying that we were told not to - however she was persistent and refused to leave our house/property so we signed. Management then said they cannot issue us a refund, despite us having consistent communication detailing the issues and what happened. This is their business set up. Please do not fall for the scam.

If I could give no stars I would. Booked me 4 times, showed up for none of the bookings. No warning or advance notice just no showed. They never have cleaners available and they book you knowing that. This company is terrible at customer service and communication. Why vin clients for times you know you cannot fill? Thanks for wasting people's time. If you can get service your lucky, although I've read on Groupon if you can get them to show up that they do a horrible job any way. Stay away and use a better company that doesn't scream fraud and will actually do your cleaning.

My friend contacted this company for a cleaning this weekend.She got a text and email asking her to confirm the cleaning time.She never confirmed the appointment with the company.As a courtesy, she messaged them to say she doesn't need a cleaning this weekend.They are saying that she still needs to pay for an hour of cleaning for cancelling.She never confirmed any appointment with the company.Neither by text or email. There isn't anything to cancel.The representative of the company said that the case will be sent to accounting and that she will still be charged.As other reviewers have stated, this company appears to be well versed in business fraud.As a business owner myself, I view these people as absolutely reprehensible.If she doesn't get an apology from the company, as well a confirmation that she won't be charged, I will HAPPILY report these crooks to the fraud department of Toronto and Durham Regional police.

I should have read the reviews of this place before booking them. There's a reason they have so many 1 star reviews. What's the point of your business model if you constantly book the jobs but never have anyone show up to complete it. Like so many others on here we booked this cleaning service 3 weeks before as we were moving into our new home. The day of the service an hour before the appointment they sent a text to cancel the appointment claiming they don't have anyone available to clean. Isn't that the point of a schedule? Don't waste your time with this company. Complete garbage.

Made an appointment last week. I received a text last night after 7:00PM telling me the cleaning tech had an emergency and couldn't make it today. They asked if they could reschedule next week. I have company arriving so next week is too late. They asked if they could instead push my 8AM appt today to noon to accommodate for another tech. I agreed it was fine. By 12:15 no one had arrived. I texted back to let them know and they said they don't have a tech and can I reschedule for Friday. As my company will arrive tomorrow I said no it was too late and cancelled. The website is down too. The only reason they got two stars is because the person texting me was genuinely nice.

I originally responded to a Kijiji post thinking this woman was a private cleaner. Turned out to be working for maid in your hometown aka pass the mop. They have 3 different cell phone numbers they use and a call centre from the Phillipines. You don't know if you're talking with the cleaner or someone random who claims to be part of their management team.The gist of it is she arrived 15 minutes late, did a 2/10 cleaning job and left debris everywhere, pretended to move around items to look like she cleaned, and didn't stay her full 5.5 hours. I mentioned that if she was going to leave early to give me a call. I arrived 10 mins before she was scheduled to be finished but she was already long gone and left a bag of garbage right at my front doorstep, door unlocked. You can't even tell that the house was cleaned. She pretended to wash dishes but just rinsed them without soap and left the nasty dishes on my dish rack to dry.When I complained, they said they would send someone in for recleaning just to appease me so that I could pay. As soon as payment was made, I received a text that said she had gotten into a car accident, and if I wanted a reclean, she would charge $30/ hour instead of $35. When I further complained and said I wanted someone else, they said arrangements have been made for tomorrow morning at 9am. The midnight before the cleaning, I received a text that said there were no available cleaners and that I would receive a call about availability . They will still charge for a recleaning. This company is a joke. I have cameras outside of the house and know for a fact that there was time theft. Stay away and go with a reputable company that will charge more because you will end up cleaning your house yourself. They're cruel people.

Worst cleaning company. Quoted for two hours, cleaner showed up and swept a stair well, and locked herself in the bathroom for an hour. Then the cleaner proceeded to give me their personal number and offered to come back the following week to clean for a smaller fee. After sending pictures and my experience to the company they said they would charge me only one hour of cleaning. I didn't even receive what an hour of cleaning would be worth. One of the worst managed companies out there, they outsource cleaning technicians to do the job. The order taker never specified what is the job really, I went to n number of cleans that were move in/move out. The space left in an atrocious condition, client has booked (& wants everything cleaned) in 2 hours. You bring your own supplies, the training is a 2000s 2 page pdf. file with a 2 min video or something. You will go to a clean and learn the client had rescheduled but they did not update the right order. Cleaners are also charged $50 if they have to cancel less than 24 hours. No support or real policy is in place. Customers are charged $30/hour while the cleaner is paid $20/hour. You can get a better service by paying your own cleaners versus going from this company.

I hired them to do a move out clean when I sold my home last March. The job done was terribly and we had to do a manual clean ourselves when we didn’t account for the time since we hired a company to do it. Not only that, the lady who cleaned our home stole my Canada goose coat as well as my Ripzone rain coat. I am still so shocked…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Worst cleaning and charged me 350 for this service, booked for post renovation work at my house and made worst than before, the lady who came from the company she did not even know how to clean and mop the floor. Even after requesting she gave me a advice to clean by myself with floor oils then this be clean. I raised this to management they did not gave any kind of compensation worst services worst management please don’t rely to waste your time and money.
