So much of casual talk by staff and their friends right in front of customer. So annoying and unprofessional. Poor customer service. No replies to greetings. Girls talk and gossip in their native language in front of customers which is so unpleasant to hear and see. Served undone food many times. Coffees are not warm enough.

The location is great but there’s always a long queue for ordering because they are understaffed. Why can’t there be 2 registers for taking orders? Just makes the process of getting a coffee 15 minutes.I tried the new biebs brew and I would say it’s decent. I liked Roasted hazelnut cold brew better. Though the tim biebs taste great.

At 12:30am here, cleanest tim hortons ever, both of the kiosks working but they were out of pumpkin spice ice cap, ordered vanilla one. Staff was nice. New and clean furniture, good lightening and decor. Looks like a new franchise here.

Hello. I have been going to this location for over a year now. Just a few things I would like to say. This review is only dealing with the day portion. The afternoon shift is wonderful. Day shift is not the friendliest bunch. At least 2 or more times a week messing up my orders. I bring back to afternoon to show what they give me. They fix it for me. I have told this to the day shift before. Their response is to ask them if they made it correctly. I shouldn't have to constantly ask if the order is correct. They punch it in correct but still wrong. If there is z problem or an issue it is to be resolved. Another thing is also in the morning there are people sleeping in the eating area. Shoes off feet up on tables on the couches. This is unsanitary. Anything pops up I will add at a later time.

one of the busiest location. always busy ,the staff is proactive and quick. good place to sit indoor or outdoor . lots of meetings and interviews take place here. The only unpleasent factor is their washroom , usually one toilet will flush and the other wont.

I have come to the drive through at this location a couple of times and they never have a variety of choices in cookies. The only type I always find is peanut butter or sometimes chocolate chip. Always end up ordering something else. Also the hot chocolate seems to be a bit watered-down on my every visit.

Drive thru order taking girl was not able to understand simple order of coffee.When we moved ahead to the window, she gave a rude attitude answer. I just started my day without the first coffee because of her.This is not expected service near the airport or go stationShe made me almost miss my train this morning.

Extremely rude drive through service. Asked for 2 types of sandwiches, they didn't have it. Then didn't even get a napkin or bag with my order, she just gave me the sandwich.

Never seen such a nice upgraded store and went here to grab something while waiting to pick up someone from the airport at midnight and still so clean. Also, I finally found my favorite donut that I couldn't find anywhere else!! Coconut cream, the last store I found this was in Richmond Hill, great place.
