The loss of a loved one is not easy, but we could not have chosen a better place to say goodbye to our beloved mother. At Annette's chapel, a very warm and lovely place, we felt at peace.Outstanding services from start to finish, well organized. They think about every detail from the complementary lasagna after arrangements (our mom has just passed that day), the beautiful memorial candle, the lovely legacy book and video, the extended family care program, which includes post-funeral services to help us with all the necessary paperwork after her death (Thanks Katherine Mamalyga).Furthermore, the staff is the best, very professional, caring, understanding; they made us feel at ease during this time of sorrow. Our family has been using Cardinal Funeral Homes since 1969 when we buried my grandmother. I still remember the warmth, care and compassion was shown by everyone we came into contact with. In 2015 I buried my mother and just recently my father in October of 2019. The people at Cardinal Funeral Homes showed the same care, warmth and compassion today as they did 50 years ago. I truly believe that a family run business provides better care and service than a large organization. And you can tell and feel that from those who work at Cardinal Funeral Homes.

When my aunt passed passed away my mom and I had to plan her funeral. It was the first time we planned a funeral and as nervous and overwhelmed as we were, Mark made the whole process easy and effortless from the minute we sat down with him all the way to the cemetery. He was there for us every step of the way and his calm and compassionate demeanor made it more comfortable to overcome such a difficult process. He was able to answer every question we had thoroughly and the day of the funeral he made sure all our needs were met. In summary, we are extremely pleased with our experience and thankful for all the staff at Cardinal Funeral Home. We highly recommend their services. Keep up the amazing work!

Cardinal Funeral Home provided great service for my grandmother's funeral. Their entire staff was compassionate and very helpful throughout the whole process, we truly appreciate their help and support in providing a beautiful service for my grandmother during the most difficult of times. Cardinal and staff took care of everything after my grandads passing , the team of staff were extremely compassionate, efficient , knowledgeable and caring. The guidance I received in regards to his cremation , official paperwork and any follow up questions I had, were handled very mindfully.This made my experience during this difficult time much easier to cope with for myself and family . At my untimely mother’s passing I realized that I would have to make arrangements for her funeral. One of our friends had his parents funeral at Cardinal. I contacted them upon the coroners release of her death. From the moment of our initial contact through all the arrangements and cremation the staff at Cardinal were caring supportive informative and helped make the family’s most painful time much easier to bear.
