Very well maintain store during covid 19, all the precautions were followed. Customer service was very good. Sales person explained everything in detail. Very pleasant experience. I would recommend to go n visit this store in future.

Rushing from work i was able to do all necessary and guy who served me is very helpful. he calmly & coolly did all and managed to save me $90 on the spot. he knows it all and swiftly all was done!! Courteous & knowledgeable and able!! Excellent customer service and choices!! Thank You again! :)

I was led to believe I was buying an iPhone 6 for $120 by adding $5 to my monthly phone bill over 24 months. What I wasn’t told is that the full price of the iPhone 6 ($650) was applied to my account and it would also be paid off with a $21.05 monthly bill credit is applied against my monthly phone bill for the next 24 months. So I was roped into a pseudo-contract with this bill credit system, until these credits pay off the balance of my phone (an iPhone 6), without this system being explained to me. I was therefore not able to make an informed decision. When I saw what was going on on my next phone bill, it was too late to return the phone.

As I was new to Canada, I wanted a number to talk to my family and stay connected with my loved ones. I had no idea about anything. I walked into Fido store, all lost and there were the store reps ready to help. Helping me suggest the plan suitable for me (as a student) and find me a phone that I can use. Impeccable service! Highly impressed by the way customers are handled each and every time. I love walking into the store in order to meet the friendly staff. Always ready to help. I have been a fido customer for almost 10 years, and I have never had such TERRIBLE customer service. I went to get a new phone upgrade, I told the man what I wanted and he tried to sell me a cheap and older phone that did not have as good qualities as the one I had wanted. He then rushed me out of the store because he had a friend waiting in line behind me and didn't help me set up my phone, he gave me a screen protector, cut it to the shape of my phone and gave it to me and said come back in a few days so he can put it on. he could of done it right then. But I don't speak his language from another country, and I am guessing he treats others badly if they do not speak that language. As a long time customer I would of expected better service, I disappointed and not to mention he charged me $100 for two charging cords, one I didn't ask for and a block. When I tried to say no I didn't want it and return it he said there was no manager on site to do it, but the manager was standing right beside but he was to busy talking on the phone the whole time I was there.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I have never had such bad customer service in a phone store in my life!they sold my wife 150 dollars in useless wires and a screen protector they couldn't even install because their machine was broken. So why sell it to my wife?? When I found out I came down to get a refund, not only did she wait an hour to be helped in the first place they made me wait an hour also just to tell me they couldn't give me a refund becausethe Manager was not there when he was clearly sitting next to the guy helping us.They are scammers and they were clearly saying something negative about us in their language so if you don't speak that language I recommend going someplace else or their going to treat you like garbage.

The people here go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your service. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and very willing to help make you happy. The manager Rohan and his teammates Gurpreet, Ravnoor and Amarjeet are very helpful and made my experience wonderful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Amarjeet made me feel so comfortable while explaining the plans. Heard me out and gave me and my family the plans we were looking for. Very patient and helpful. Whosoever is looking for Fido make sure he/she visits him for all his cellphone needs. Felt like family. Treated me like a king. Exceptional service. Had it been 100 stars I would have given him that kind of a review without blinking my eyes!

Not this store in particular but fido in general. I recently made an order online for an upgrade. Found out it's on back order so I contacted fido... after waiting for an hour to talk to someone the first day, was transferred to customer care, they were closed when I was transferred. Got on chat again and waiting another hour to find out the time they were open. Got ahold of them again the next day within the time frame, got ahold of someone after another hour wait... tried to ask them to cancel my order (because it hasn't shipped yet) and they told me they couldn't do it because it was already accepted". Now I have to wait for an endless amount of time for my upgrade to arrive.... not a happy customer with fido. I've been with them for 4 years now."
