I always come away looking better than ever. Jennifer is a great hair stylist. Today I also had a pedicure with Carol. Fantastic job! I am looking forward to an hour massage with Jill next week!

Owner is very kind and funny and she definitely knows what she's doing. Men and woman haircuts. Me and my bf just got our hair done there and she did an amazing job. Love this place and great employees. Would for sure recommend Cloud 9. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My granddaughter, who has her own particular style, was apprehensive about having someone trim and reshape her hair. Jennifer did an outstanding job of easing Bellatrix's apprehension by taking the time to review Bell's drawing of how she wanted her hair to look and listened to Bellatrix's idea.
