I was charged almost $800. Other company's quotes were between $460 and $550. Also, sent two emails with questions after I paid and have received no response.

As first time home buyers, we had a great experience with 'A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections'. Ian was very thorough during the 3 hours he spent inspecting the property and the house. He allowed us to follow him as he was doing his inspection and he explained to us the things he found throughout the house and around the property. He is very knowledgeable and he answered any questions that we had throughout the inspection. His turn around time with the report was exceptional as we had our full report by the following afternoon.I would recommend Ian, or anyone at 'A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections', to any potential home buyers.

Used Ian this weekend to complete our firstHome inspection. As it was our first home we really weren’t sure what to expect, but through the entire process Ian was incredible. I spent nearly half the day with him going over every corner, nook and cranny of the home. Ian was extremely patient in answering everything we asked him, and even double checking things to ensure he had covered absolutely everything.After completing the inspection it was a massive relief, and we were extremely happy with his service. I would highly suggest Ian to anyone looking to get a home inspection completed.
