Joelle is bride valium! She's also the most perfect mix of your outrageously fun and trucker mouthed cousin from the country and your cosmopolitan bff who gasps in delight at all your over the top ideas.....we had a LOT! Both my husband and I feel so blessed to have shared our wedding journey with Joelle and I can't say enough what an absolute joy she is to have along for the ride! Seriously, you just want to hang out with her!! She was always there for us and was equally happy working with either of us, which was amazing because our availability was constantly changing. She was super responsive and open to our feedback about what we needed, rarely missed a beat in our uber complicated wedding, and was the perfect go to person for the million vendors and artists we hired, who loved working with her. I was especially appreciative of the fact that she was able to jump right in when we hired her about 5 months out from our wedding and dumped all of our complicated vendor/artist contacts and ENDLESS details (like 1000+ pins) on her. She also dealt very graciously but firmly with a few of our vendors who turned out to be giant pains. In addition to her mad management and organizational skills, she also was an incredible emotional support, she listened to all my family drama and always ensured that I felt supported, comfortable with my choices, and organized (which is saying a lot cause I organize people for a living)! We are proud to count Joelle as a friend and we are eternally grateful for everything she put into making our whimsical woodland wedding a reality.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, lost or at your wits' end at the prospect of planning your wedding, then Joelle is the answer to your prayers.We were stuck in limbo with our wedding planning, tossing ideas around but not really committing to anything. We had an idea of what we wanted, but no concept of how to make that idea into a reality.Any planning efforts we made left us feeling overwhelmed at amount of work and organization required to put together our wedding. We just didn't feel like we had the time and energy we needed to plan on our own on top of working and living our busy lives...Enter Joelle! We were totally blown away after our very first consultation meeting by how organized and professional she was, not to mention how bubbly and upbeat. She's been planning weddings for over 4 years, and has a thorough understanding of the wedding industry, and great connections and knowledge of local vendors and venues. It was a no-brainer to work with her and have her co-ordinate our wedding.We were lucky enough to have Joelle fully co-ordinate our wedding. Once we started working with her, it was like an immense weight was lifted from our shoulders. She had organized spreadsheets and timelines for every aspect of our wedding, and would regularly keep in touch with us via email about what was going on and what we needed to do.We were planning a destination wedding in the Rockies, but we liked working with a planner based in Edmonton where we lived. We were able to meet regularly in person, which really put our minds at ease because we knew we were on the same page and that Joelle had everything under control!In the last couple of weeks leading up to the wedding, Joelle had to remind us to breathe, sit back, relax, and trust that she was handling everything. Boy was she right! We were actually able to relax and spend time together during the last couple days before our wedding. When we arrived at our wedding destination, we got to enjoy greeting family and friends as they arrived, and had a lovely relaxing rehearsal dinner with close family. Both of us slept well the night before the wedding because we knew Joelle had everything covered and we didn't have anything to worry about except being present, living in the moment and enjoying marrying each other and the experience of our wedding day.Seeing Joelle on the day of our wedding was a sight to behold. She was totally in her element, and we could tell she thrives off of making sure everything stays on track and goes according to plan. She was super attentive to everything we needed during our day.Need a water break, bathroom break, your dress bustled, a makeup touch-up, or a mimosa? Joelle was always there to lend a helping hand and make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the experience of getting married. Even little things like making sure nobody paddled off in our rental canoe, or shooing away wayward tourists who wandered into our wedding venue were handled with grace and professionalism. She wrangled our friends and family for all the family photos that we wanted, so that we had more time for couples' photos with our photographer. Our family and friends got along with her and thought she was great! Since our wedding, our families have told us they understand why we decided to get a wedding planner, and how wonderful and helpful Joelle was on our wedding day.As far as wedding planning goes, we would say that the whole process was about as painless as it could possibly be, and Joelle is the one responsible for that! One of the things we appreciated most was that Joelle really took the time to get to know us as a couple, and got an understanding of what our vision was for our wedding. She helped us define, create and realize the wedding of our dreams, and we are so thankful!If you're hung up on your wedding planning or stuck in a wedding planning rut, Joelle can help you! We are so thankful that we were able to work with her, and can't recommend her enough!

My partner and I no longer live in Edmonton but still wanted to have our wedding there and we wanted to host it at an unusual venue (unusual meaning still under construction). After some previous wedding planner misfortunes, we were hesitant and nervous to continue planning our event from out of the province. We were beyond stressed about making it all work and Joelle did an incredible job of rolling with the punches. Not only did she accommodate the craziness of the venue, she embraced it and took the vision and made it better than we could have ever imagined.Joelle’s approach is data and technology driven, which is something I really appreciated. I live for a good check list and her online portal made sharing ideas and information easy and kept the planning process on track.Could not recommend Joelle and her team more, their energy is infectious and they will do everything in their power to take the stress and burden out of planning a wedding so you can focus on the fun parts.

Joelle was our wedding planner last summer for our August wedding in Camrose, AB. We sincerely, 100% could not have done it without her! She is so knowledgeable about the wedding industry, surrounding vendors, the wedding planning timeline, typical costs for services, and is incredibly organized. From the very beginning, she outlined very clearly what needed to be done and when, making the process much less stressful (and daunting) for us. I gave Joelle very little to go off of in the beginning - just a rough idea for a theme and a budget- and she took it from there! She really has an eye for the details, which we appreciated greatly. From ensuring we had a sound system/microphone outside so our guests could hear our vows, to making sure we had long enough extension cords to hide the generator for the sound system in the bushes during the ceremony - Joelle thought of everything! She even helped us find a wheelchair accessible site for our outdoor ceremony (the DAY BEFORE the wedding) when we found out that our original site was unusable!! I credit Joelle with the entire success of the day. She made it so easy for us to sit back and enjoy our wedding without worrying! It has been just about a year since our wedding and our family and friends STILL talk about how beautiful our wedding was and how much they loved the gold details, the sweetheart table, the creme brulee! It makes me so happy that our guests enjoyed our day as much as we did! I'm going to stop rambling because I could go on and on forever. I cannot stress enough how much we would recommend Joelle for anyone who is getting married or needs advice for planning their wedding!

Joelle is one in a million! My husband and I booked the VIP Wedding Day Management package, and it was worth every penny. Not only that, we got to soak up the awesomeness that is Joelle's essence. She is a truly joyous, thoughtful person, and we're so grateful she was part of the months and days leading up to our special wedding day.We got married on May 13, 2023, and we heard from so many guests that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Joelle and her team are a HUGE reason why! During our initial planning sessions, Joelle helped us focus on the experience of the wedding and what we truly wanted. Our wedding was pure magic and contained special activities and memory-making moments that we could never have executed by ourselves. Although she played an important role on our wedding day, you'd never know she was there because she was quietly making things happen in the background, ensuring that everything went smoothly.We didn't have to stress about the little details, and she supported us in making the big moments matter. I cannot recommend Joelle and her services enough.

Joelle is PURE MAGIC!On the fence of hiring a wedding planner? Don’t think, just book Joelle! Seriously, our wedding day would not have been the same and Joelle LITERALLY saved the day.I’ve known Joelle from also being in the wedding industry and as soon as we started planning our wedding, I knew I had to have Joelle as our planner. Not only is her personality and energy so much fun and contagious, but her dedication also to making your day the absolute best is OFF THE CHARTS!We postponed our wedding from 2021 to 2022 and the transition was so easy with her. From the initial conversation, I knew we were in good hands.I had a long piece of peach (my fav colour) fabric that I’ve had for years and knew I wanted to use it somehow. I completely trusted Joelle with her creativity and she used it on our arch to create the most beautiful backdrop for our ceremony. We were blown away. Then, she magically transformed our archway flowers to be on our head table and it was so INCREDIBLE!Joelle really went above & beyond. When our bartenders really fell short, Joelle stepped in and saved the day. She was ready to bartend and take over to compensate for their lack of professionalism. This is what Joelle does. She really cares and will help with whatever she can.Joelle & her team have an unwavering passion for their work and I wish we could have another wedding, just so we could hire her all over again.Brandon & I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We did the wedding day management package and Katelyn was our planner! Katelyn was amazing and went above and beyond for us! Having her take over the month before made everything so much easier and allowed me to relax a bit before the wedding! She brought us extra decor (table skirt, gold rimmed wine glasses and dusty blue napkins) for our head table without us even asking! Katelyn made sure to keep us on time and dealt with everything! My husband and I were able to enjoy our special day stress free and we wouldn't change a thing! If you are on the fence about a wedding planner I 100% recommend Katelyn, she will make your wedding dreams come true!

Where do I even start? We were the photographers for the wedding last weekend, where Joelle and her team did the setup and day of coordination for the couple. Everything was so beautiful. Joelle made sure the day was as smooth as it can be. The couple were fully present on their wedding day without worrying about the little details. For us as photographers, it made our day easier because our only job was to capture the moments for the couple. The entire day went as planned. It wouldn't have been possible without Joelle. If you are looking for a wedding planner or day of coordinator for your wedding, she is your girl.

My husband and I got married August of 2022, and as the craziness of newly married life settles a bit, Joelle and her team deserve a HUGE shout out! Where do I even begin...if you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner or day of coordinator, I would not hesitate and tell you to DO IT asap! There are so many moving parts and factors to a wedding that couples do not realize until they start planning their own wedding. We would 100% recommend Joelle and her team over and over again as they made our wedding day a dream come true. It was truly a fairytale day and we felt very relaxed and stress free from the moment Joelle took over. All of our friends and family even complimented on how smoothly and organized the day felt. We ended up picking the day of management which includes a meet and greet, 2 meetings with Joelle, and the team taking over your wedding 4 weeks out. They took care of every little detail from scheduling to layout (which who knows what our wedding would of looked like had Joelle not taken over; not great flow I can tell you that much!), to dealing with all the vendors which is a task in and of itself. Joelle's humor, gung-ho personality, and get it done attitude is the icing on the cake and puts you at complete ease. We had so many laughs with her and wished we could do our wedding day over and over again (mention of the night: the money dance and the dance floor specifically). She even sewed on one of the groomsmen jacket buttons when it fell off! (Talk about a jack of all trades lol) and helped the little ring bearer boy in his dashing blue suit down the aisle. We cannot recommend Joelle enough and you will not regret hiring her and her team as they will stop at nothing to create your dream day! Joelle, thank you for calming us, putting our vision to life, and for guiding us along this crazy journey (and dealing with our crazy families lol!). My dad is still wondering how you managed to video tape him with his henney green tea pitcher so sneakily and stealth-like!
