I felt hair stylist was drag addicted, novice , rude dont know at all how to cut hair. She always confused , shaking. Always keep away for this place. Was ridiculous and scary.

Van the lady I see when I go there and this is the only place I will go. Van is amazing hair dresser I get my hair coloured there and I get 2-3 colours at one time and she does such an amazing job I can’t stress enough how good she is.

5 Stars for Van3.5 Stars for the manager who tried to jack up the price Van originally promised me, thank goodness she stood up, took over the till and I paid what was discussed. I see you lady, you might be the owner or manager but Van is the reason why I am coming back in the future and would recommend my friends and family to the Salon. For Van, I highly respect what you do and can't thank you enough for accommodating me without an appointment. I so love my haircut and the highlights on my hair, you are miracle worker. Don't hesitate, I highly recommended Van for anything you need, amazing hair stylist and a great person. You've earned a lifetime costumer.

I hate to post this but back in April 2019 I got my already naturally blonde hair lightened (only the 4th time I've ever coloured it). When I left the salon it already felt thinner but I didn't think too much of it. However, after a few days it literally starting falling out and breaking off. I probably lost 4-5 inches of hair after returning a month later to get it all evened out. The cost of the original cut and colour cost me $260.00 and after losing a lot of hair and returning I feel like the money should have been returned, but it was not offered. I went back another time to have a treatment and had to pay, and went back again to get some clip in extensions blended and was charged for this as well. After 10 months my hair is still thin and breaking and I have to get regular trims (at another salon) in order to help it grow. The worst part of this is that I had to schedule my wedding for 2021 instead of 2020 in the hopes that my hair would regain its health and some length. I know that people make mistakes but Lisa never owned up to her mistake and just said I don't know why this happened." I still feel sick when I look at this picture (and all photos of me and my hair for the last 6 months). Please be warned if you are getting your hair coloured here."

If you are looking for a type of designer, who has sharp sense of hair styling no matter what gender you are, you may go ahead find Julie at this salon. If you are meticulous on your hair style, be specify and may present an anticipated hair image.

go see jordyn!! i’ve never been treated with anything other than respect and professionalism when reviving a service from her. she has always done exactly what i’ve asked and if my hair couldn’t handle what i wanted, she’s explained why (usually my hair is just damaged and she wants to preserve the integrity) and we have come up with alternatives/plans to get my hair to the colour/style/length i am looking for without frying my hair off in the process which personally i truly appreciate in a stylist! ps she also does makeup;)

Been getting my haircut here for years by Moe but all the staff here are great. Never a bad cut!

My son and I always comes here for Van. A haircut, color or perm. Van never disappoints. What disappointed me today is that I called a few minutes ago to book an appointment for a haircut with Van but what I got was a put on hold for 6 to 8 minutes by this rude receptionist who never got back at me who was stupid enough not to put the phone on mute which I can hear her just do some yapping! And then I called again that was the only time I was able to book an appointment with Van. To the Manager or whoever has Authority here, Educate or better yet train your people in answering calls for appointment or queries or you will lose your regular customer. It will be your loss!
