Service Master of Orillia

One of their drivers in a yellow pickup truck almost hit my son, my dog and myself as we were legally crossing an intersection with right-of-way. He performed a rolling stop at a red light, without looking towards his direction of the illegal turn he was making. I immediately called the Orillia office, and spoke to Dylan, who assured me this would be followed up with, and I would receive a call back. It's a week later, and nothing has happened. I regret not calling the police instead. I will no longer consider using your services or recommend you to friends, as I have done in the past. They have demonstrated that they don't care at all about their employee's reckless driving and endangerment of life.

Very responsive and good work done. I am very happy with the work. I had an unrelated problem when they were there and they arranged to have it fixed within hours - very appreciative.

We decided to go with Service Master for our basement insurance claim this time after an unsatisfactory experience with another company last time. After a flood in the basement, they sent someone out late on a Friday night who actually seemed like she wanted to be there. She was super friendly and understanding and made us feel like we were in great hands right from the start, answering all of our questions and helping us understand the process. When they got to work it was seriously impressive. Like a well oiled machine. I couldn't believe how efficient they were with contents and cleanup. The people on the cleanup crew were all very friendly and helpful along the way. The basement needed a pretty big renovation and the quality of the work was excellent and timely. They were busy, but made us feel like our project was a priority and did well scheduling the contractors so that things kept moving. Logan, the project manager was available whenever we needed him by text or phone call. They never made us feel like we were being a pain when we had questions or wanted to make changes to things. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with an insurance claim.

Very Nice to deal with and excellent service.

Beware of insurance jobs. Was quoted $4500 max to remove contents and damage. Then get a BILL FOR $7600. NO WARNING. What a rip off. No way to cover repairs now.... Thanks for the response from ownership. That is much appreciated. But the project manager still has NOT sent me the documentation I requested. I emailed him direct asking for it this morning. Yet to get a response. Maybe confirm with your staff...

Extremely disappointed in my service with Service Master. The technician left a huge mess behind after cleaning my furniture. There was product all over my toddlers toys, on my floors and wall. Our child safety gate was also broken by the technician. Huge lack of professionalism.

although the work that was done looks fantastic. ..... the way the items that were removed from the house so that work could be done was disgraceful. None of the glass was wrapped or packed properly. Many items were BROKEN and needed to be replaced. This is going to be a significant expense to my mother in law who is on a fixed income. The time that they took to do the work was also a lot longer than they said it was going to take.. My mother in law has been living in 2 rooms of her house for the most part since mid August it is now November 30th and they still aren't done.

My water tank sprung a leak, my kitchen ceiling was waterlogged and water coming through the light fixture. Project Mgr. Rich got restoration underway the same day and Cole and Jordan did an outstanding job in record time. A first class experience.
