Food was delicious, service was great. Even though they forgot napkins and no sugar cane in my ice coffee. They need to fix their handicap buttons on the inside of the store, they don't activate the door. I pressed it a few times.

I have fairly low expectations when it comes to Tim Hortons but this location really exceeds my expectations. Orders are always timely and the staff are friendly.

Miserable staff in the morning. Order had 4 hashbrowns and was only given 1; forced to pay for 3 more. Got home and pulled the lid off my coffee to find a hair floating on the surface. I'd recommend going to literally any other Tim's in Peterborough

Eggs we’re missing on both sandwiches, coffee had no sugar, haven’t my gotten my order right in last months, always something forgotten

The sandwich was tasty, the fritter fresh, and I found the ice Capp to be quite good. Disappointed their espresso machine is still out of order.

Bagels are toasted better than last time I was here . And dark roast is ok. Normal tim hirtons coffee is like water normally. Are you Addicted to their coffee yet. Keep drinking It you'll see. Heavy doses of vanilla extract will do that.

I just wanna write a review about the guy who was taking orders at the drive thru today on the early morning shift before 7am of the 8th of March 2023.The patience that guy has is out of the world!!! I was so undecided and Despite the huge que that kept growing behind me he didn’t let the pressure of the morning buzz take a toll on himIt took me quite a while to finalize what I wanted and he went through all the changes with me joyfully.He even made sure my farmers wrap came with the extra chipotle sauce I had asked for,so well made.I just thought I should write a review and applaud him

waited 25 minutes for a bacon and sausage farmers wrap (not to mention all the other angry customers waiting for food and refunds due to wait times), when i received the food there was no bacon so they took it back.. instead of making me a new one properly the lady literally just picked up bacon and shoved it on top. Not acceptable, horrible customer service. Your employees need to do better.

1200 Lansdowne St. PeterboroughDrive through order taker obviously didn't want to be there (Mister Personality). Service was slow and order was incorrect. Wrapping was sloppy and so were the actual wraps inside. No napkins in the bag. Also the food was far from delicious.
