DON’T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. The owners are absolutely disrespectful, unwelcoming and unhelpful. The female owner Nadia rudely told us to MOVE OUT OF THE WAY so she could process another customer’s transaction when we had just finished paying! Neither owners were wearing masks, and they have this weird policy that customers can only stay in the store for a max of 15 mins. Have you ever seen a store enforce a shopping time limit?

My advice to any crystal lover that wants to go here, please don’t. Not only was the woman working there rude. But the two times I’ve been, none of the staff can tell me what type of crystal I’m holding when I show them, even if it’s something basic like Rose Quartz. I wouldn’t trust that they are legit crystals either if they can’t tell you where they came from.

They cheated my elderly mother. She purchased 2 pairs of earrings, both of which were marked 40% off. He did the calculations, and then removed the price tags and did not give her an itemized receipt - only her Visa slip with the total. When she got home, we realized he overcharged her $13, but we have no recourse as we don't have the priced items or itemized receipt. He can easily say that the earrings were a different price or that she purchased something else. If you shop here, make sure you know what you should be paying and then watch them like a hawk!!

If I could would give this store 0, the quality of the materials used in rings and necklaces is really questionable, whatever is stated to be silver or gold is not even close to jewelry grade metal. Overall quality is horrible, and most of the crystals are fake, but priced really high. And the cherry on the cake is the rudest cashier working there, not sure if it is the owner, if so she should be ashamed of herself. Definitely wouldn't recommend visiting.

This store is so great variety of different sizes and types of stones to chose from. Best customer service ever! they explain well about every stones I asked. Plus unbelievable prices. I bought bunch of earnings for my daughter.Highlyrecommended.

I’m a regular client. I bought necklaces from this shop. They did not make strong enough. It broke. I came to the shop want to fix but will charge $15 which I only bought for $20. Very bad customer service!!!

Not everything is on sale at this store, even the signage outside said so. Another sign said store closing 50-70% off" but the female manager said they will open another store across the aisle in a few days. The store closing sign is not lying but misleading. She didn't wear a mask consistently and kept removing it constantly even there's a sign outside say wear a mask. She calculated my gemstone's prices incorrectly at the register until I pointed it out to her and she corrected it. She would have not done anything if I didn't point it out. When I told her I would use my debit card to pay and there's not tab on my card. She kept yelling to me to Tab which i explained to her multiple times the tab function is not working. Wouldn't come back for poor customer service and over priced gemstones and jewelry."

June 2023 - I have to admit I was really shocked to see the low reviews for this store! I've been going there for a few years now and especially through the pandemic was worried every time I went back that it might have disappeared. Because of the ongoing construction they've had to move storefronts several times, but I'm glad that they're still there.I have never had the issues that other people are discussing regarding the lady who is there. Maybe it's somebody different they're talking about, but every time I have been there, if I recall correctly, it's always the same person.Admittedly I haven't had to ask for advice very often (if ever) because I'm somewhat knowledgeable about the stones, and I'm usually there with a friend who knows much more than I do. I can appreciate what people are saying in the reviews where they address that it's a problem if the staff is not able to adequately answer their questions.I also like that I can buy beads and incense there.I've been happy with the prices in general. That's the only reason I knocked off a star; because although I think they have acceptable prices on most of items in the store, the odd one will surprise me in that they are considerably higher than I expect. Having said that, this store is less expensive than some other stores I've gone to.Overall, I'm happy with the selection and pricing (compared to other places I've shopped), and I'm glad that they're still in business.
