Do NOT buy there ! Warning ⚠️Bought a table, came in broken. Germain Larivière doesn't care and are charging shipping fees and depreciation to take the table back. Worst costumer service ever. They simply don't care. Looking now at other reviews, direction will simply laught and thank me for this review as this is just a joke for them.Do NOT buy there.They are a fraud and only care about your money, once they have it... You are on your own. You have been warned.

Carla was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to help us decide on the fabric and color of our couch and overall vision of how it would look like in our living room. She certainly has an eye for design. Would definitely return and ask for her again!

Avoid at all cost. Their service is horrible. When they had delivered my sofa the two guys were not equipped with moving belt and they had dropped my sofa twice on my hardwood floor (breaking my sofa and my floor). I then contacted their customer support manager Jonathan Guénette but despite the guy being nice, there is no service call placed since then (in many months)...

Picked up Stove and king size bed.The best purchase in decades for the house. We had the privilege to served by Mr. McDuff. For Home appliances we never had a salesman with so much product knowledge and friendly warm attitude. Very easy to deal with.Thank Germain Lariviere 2023.

I called for a question on a new dryer.They transferred me.They hung up on me.The guy, I don't know who, was confused.Then someone answered my question.I gave them a fair chunk of my money. I dislike being treated like a discardable wallet.

Avoid buying alliances here at all costs !! I was waiting for 5 months for my appliances! They got my models and preferences wrong all the time. They never called me about my order in the last five months. And whenever I call them they will just push me around saying “talk to XXX, they are in charge”. Now I have washer dryer with the wrong colour, the oven and stove sitting in my living room for a week!!! And I’m still waiting for the refrigerator and microwave! Oh, did I mention they forgot to order my microwave?? Very unprofessional.

I absolutely love products from Germain larriviere. I have to say that the Laval location was one of the worst places for customer service. They do not value the client. I had the receptionist hang up on me 5 times because 1. I was speaking to her in English and 2. I asked to speak to her manager so she kept hanging up on me. She claimed her name was Mme Pépin. Too bad for Laval because I ended up going to Germain larriviere Brossard. There i was treated with respect. I am so happy with my experience at Germain larriviere Brossard. Also much nicer location.

Doing a renovation, so I went to several major retailers to select and purchase new appliances. Absolutely hated my experience at Germain Lavriviere Laval. Was being constantly pestered like a black fly by a sales associate, even though i told her 3x that I was just browsing and wanted to wander the aisle on my own. Bought new appliances elsewhere, not ever returning!
