I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who unfortunately visits this office weekly. Although there has been some frustrating moments trying to get through on the phone, I have to say overall our weekly experience is outstanding. We get the pleasure of dealing with Maureen, an RN and she is absolutely amazing, very attentive and most importantly she actually cares.It is without a doubt they are shortstaffed at times but we never feel rushed by Maureen, she always takes her time and answers the many questions and concerns we have.Our visits our always so pleasant!!

I am continually amazed at the great service and considerate staff at CVFHT. I recently had to decide whether to drive in very bad weather, and be late, or cancel. I called as soon as I could and Sunnie said to just be safe and take my time. She managed to move me later somehow, in a super packed day. It was a huge relief! I arrived and was early at that point. She recognized my name checking in and asked how my drive was and she was glad I was safe. It felt like family who cared! Thanks again for this wonderful team!

This is a whole new world of health care service. I've never been able to get appts on such short notice, or have scripts refilled over the phone, or just not be rushed out of the office by a staff that is far too busy to provide adequate care. I even had one member of the team hand deliver smoking cessation products because I couldn't make it in to the office that day.

Received my second shingles vaxx today from Rita. She answered all my questions, explained everything, was not in a rush to get me out and onto next patient. My wait time was limited and she made a not so nice feeling vaxx a better experience. Excellent at giving the needle, that part I didn’t even feel. Great experience today.

My husband and I received our Meningitis vaxx yesterday from Ina. She was very respectful and gentle. She answered all our queries very well. She was not at all rushing and took her time to explain us. She was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We are very happy about the CVFH team.

My family and I recently moved to Credit Valley Family Health Team, Dr.Gedleh. We are extremely happy with the experience so far. Yesterday I had to see my doctor urgently. I called the reception (they picked up in less than a minute), explained my situation, and was given an appointment in literally 20 minutes. When I got there, no need to wait, saw the doctor, was prescribed medication and am now happily getting better. Thank you for the amazing work you're doing, CVFHT!

I have been under their care for well over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Today I had a cortisone shot for my arthritic knee and the whole process was a complete success and a pleasure. My doctor (Dr. Yashpal) and her trainee were attentive. kind, caring and explained everything in a professional manner. Under the circumstances of healthcare in Ontario today I give them my highest mark.
