Long process of calling for a cab, the Press One & Wait pattern. Three times I waited on hold to be the next caller and three times u was cut off! Finally pressed 2 forfor customer service, another wait an a very abrupt woman said they were running 45 mins but I had an appt. She said couldn’t guarantee anything. If I’d got through the first time, 45 mins would have been ok. I cancelled and deleted the contact. Never again.

Probably the worst taxi company you can order from. Never in my life have I paid so much to get somewhere. They don’t disclose their rates anywhere, and charge like 10 cents ever couple seconds. I paid the same price for one way, that I do going double the distance at every other company. Even Uber is never that expensive. Like $30 to get 10km? No. That’s ridiculous.I would never recommend them, this is just a scam company who doesn’t care about their customers.Literally order from anywhere else.

We ordered a taxi to the airport, we understood it was $115 over the phone but were told it is $150 on the way. Also, older van that was very uncomfortable ride.. had to turn back after leaving as he forgot the machine for Interac payment. When we returned, we got a Airport Taxi who charged $110 and we asked him to use 407, he added $30 and it was new ride and very comfortable. First and last time

Friendly, quick response and safe drivers SUPPORT them, after Uber ... cab drivers need the business (if know legit) & pay cash! Have relative as a cab driver up north and its a tough job
