Party Store in Downtown Montreal (Helium Balloons)

Very bad service. No communication possible. Waste of time energy and money.I do not recommend to buy anything there ever... they sell defective ballons and do not want to listen to any complaints or comments.How unfortunate it is to receive balloons that are defective.My daughter in law purchasesd today what was supposed to be a beautiful bouquet of balloons.She was very careful and handled them delicately, but regardless of her efforts to protect them they deflated within the first fifteen minutes. When we looked at the deflated the balloons we realized that they were also defective. The two and the seven were backwards.We tried to 3 times to talk to management. He was never available.The clerk pretended to say that he was to come in or that she spoke to him .No consideration and no acceptance of the fact that they sell defective ballons that are very expensive ...Please save your money ....

Very disappointing. I went in looking for balloons for my boyfriend's birthday and it was almost as though they didn't want me to buy their balloons. After spending 60$ two of the balloons which were a 2" and "7" deflated witchin less than an hour

Pleasantly surprised by the level of detail. Ordered some balloons online from Amazon (as you should do if you want more choice) and had them inflate with helium. The staff was not very enthusiastic but they compensated with knowledge about helium and how nicely they tied the strings. The delivery was smooth and 30$ which is a fair price. Adjust your expectations and you wont be disappointed. This place needs high margins to justify sales for some holidays only; you pay higher for the convenience. If you want good value buy on AliExpress two months ahead.

Terrible store with terrible customer service. My gf purchased balloons for my birthday (turned 27). They stuck the 7 on backwards. The ballona deflated within 50 minutes of purchase. When she arrived to my party the balloons had already deflated, and the other 3 were fine. When she called to request some type of explanation or compensation, the staff was full of excuses and giving non sense responses. If you want to blow 60$ on balloons that wont last you 30 minutes, then go ahead and shop at that store.
