Gerald the technician was here promptly and was very polite and friendly and did his job very well..very knowledgeable and courteous..We would like Gerald to come as the technician on July 12th to do our A/C check as well please . He was amazing !! Would highly recommend D&K to all my friends and family !@

Gerald has been great. Unfortunately, he had to give me some bad news - however, continued to return to his supervisor, explain my case to him. (Warranty repair gone bad . . $1100 estimate )Jeff Lalonde called me that same day and assured me that the repair would be completed without charge. It's being completed as I write this review.Life happens - things go bad. These guys did their best to try and make it right.

Regular maintenance on A/C unit. Steve was very professional and arrived on time. He cleaned and replaced what was needed and he gave some great advice to help keep our equipment in perfect working order. We are very happy to continue with the company.

We called for service on our water heater on Saturday of the long weekend of Canada Day. The technician arrived within an hour of our call and repair was done in less than 15 minutes. We had all our floors refinished and apparently there is a sensor that shuts off the unit if dangerous fumes are identified. Very pleased with response and attention.

Joe was here for the yearly A/C maintenance service. He was courteous, fast and efficient. He did not waste time. He was very helpful. I explained I had trouble booking someone to connect my gas line to my new barbecue. He told me what I needed done, quoted a price and arranged a booking. That was unexpected and very helpful.

Called and advised when he would arrive, he discussed when we should look at changing our filter (which we had planned to do and was good to have a professional opinion).Efficiently completed his tasks and provided us with an update. Gerald was efficient, professional, and pleasant to interact with while he was fixing our AC and furnace. Overall great experience from a customer standpoint. The agent that answered my call was also very helpful and understood the difficult position we were in, losing AC with a newborn on the hottest day of the year.

I wish I could give zero stars.We had central air installed at our home and were told that we could transfer to the new owners when we sold the house in 2021. Come to find out we have been billed for years on this product after moving. I have called in multiple times and was refused a manager, had another escalation closed with no updates or contact. Basically they told me I have to pay for the unit the other people are using (and they are paying for as well). Fraudulent seems like an understatement. Their attitude is not our problem". Avoid at all cost or you will be paying more than anticipated."
