Amazing customer service & knowledgeable staff!!!I purchased a bathroom fan motor from Amre but had trouble removing the old one from the cage, called in and Karen offered to help me with it, I brought it in and Karen helped me removed and installed new motor in for me.Highly recommended!!!

I ordered a control panel through Amre Supply. It was available only in Ontario. The service rep Anis was helpful and part was sent. Unfortunately it arrived poorly packaged and had minor scratches on the face. I asked if a reimbursement of any sort could be done as I did not want to send back for a new one as I was told to do from the customer care rep. This would cause another 2 weeks of down time etc. It does not seem reasonable for a company to pay the shipping back and forth rather then give 5 or 10 percent reimbursement for customer satisfaction on a $600 Part. I asked to talk to someone higher and was given a number for Jeffery. I called over 10 times since. I recieved no answer and no room to leave voice-mail. I then reached back to the customer service rep. Only to recieve no communication back A situation that can be easily avoided instead turns into a foul experience due to poor management and customer relations skills.Thanks for your formulated response.The scratches are clearly through the film. The film was not removed at the time of photo to show the scratches went through due to poor packaging. Secondly thanks for directing me to your customer care" that does not really care as I stated in the above review through my countless attempts. Ownership down shows the lack communication

Very friendly staff. Took the time to explain which parts to buy or not while did not push for higher sales dollars, just told me what's needed and even taught me how to do the job.Good to have a store around my own neighborhood to get parts when necessary.Hats off to their wonderful people there.

I’ve got good advice and service from Karen.Paid retail price for the parts.However when I asked Karen to use the washroom, she replied no public washroom.I’ve bought appliances parts previously for many years I was able to use both the public and staff’s washroom.Unusual!!!

We were looking for an American Standard sink at Rona. The sink was not available at Rona so the associate kindly advised us to try Amre and even took the time to write down the address and gave directions.I was equally impressed with the Amre staff. Very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly.The displays are well lit, clean and well stocked.The sink we were looking for was discontinued but the Amre associate was able to find us a suitable substitute.Shopping at Amre is a good experience.

I have been your client for more than 11 years and I want to note the high professionalism of your employees, especially Liz. always in a good mood, helps in finding the right spare parts and is very responsible for his work.

The no return policy is a joke , you need to hope that you get sent the correct package because if you open the box you cant return

Thanks to Karen Andrews I was able to find a replacement part for a kitchen appliance that I couldn't find anywhere else online. Trying to find the part frustrated me for days. Karen definitely made my day and I would recommend this place to others.
