Shoppers Drug Mart

Was just in around the makeup area and a staff member was watching me and my friends like a hawk and wouldn’t stop even with direct eye contact. She asked us not to use the products as they are not testers so we simply said we weren’t (we only had them out of the package to look at!) She then went to her other employee and started talking about us. Not professional at all. Do better. Just because we’re young doesn’t mean we’re gonna steal. Worst customer service I’ve ever had!

For years I’ve been shopping at this location and this pharmacy is by far the upmost supreme in service.The true star of Shoppers is definitely the beauty boutique’s representative miss Mia.Mia has truly been the only reason my family and I choose Shoppers to purchase everything from makeup to everything else! Her knowledge and customer service is outstanding and superb. She is incredibly talented and knows her stuff. I highly recommend everyone to visit Mia at Shoppers for everything makeup , beauty and fragrance, she is the best of the best.Mia provides the best customer service experience with each visit! I always look forward to my visit with her at this Shoppers location.

Good place to find saving deals but experienced the worst customer service today. Staff need to be more cheerful and helpful.

Good items but a bit expensive

Awesome selection of products from low to high prices. Some of the staff are super nice and friendly like Mia, and Annie they both are super sweet and helpful. I did have an unpleasant experience with one of the other ladies at the beauty boutique (she has super curly blonde hair and bangs) she was pretty rude and condescending when I wanted to return a product because it didn’t work. All in all I usually just avoid the mean lady and get help from either Annie or Mia.

A enormous thank you to Mia at Shoppers Beauty! She was able to find me a cologne that I haven't been able to find for years, and is on waiting lists online. She was super friendly and helpful in ensuring I found what I was looking for and made it all a good laugh. Thank you so much for superb service and care Mia!

My sister and I were shopping for makeup (not in the beauty boutique). My sister tested a concealer (which until recently was allowed, and it was obvious this concealer has already been opened). A male employee from the beauty boutique practically took her head off for testing the makeup and pointed to a tiny (never before seen sign) on the ground and yelled at her for testing the concealer. Super unprofessional, when we innocently did not know that shoppers stopped allowing testers. Will not be going back to deal with that horrible employee.
