Appraiser did not take the time to even walk the right away to the beach. When questioned about this fact, she tried to smooth it over by saying she has seen the beaches in the area. Another competing appraisal company took the time for such details and actually included pictures of the beach in a very professional appraisal...When I personally called the appraiser named Lisa, she basically treated me like I was wasting her time as she spoke to the bank manager for a half hour. She inspected my property and frankly was less than respectable about my concerns.I would never use them or Lisa again.

Set up an appointment with them. He showed up unnanounced on the wrong date. Didn't go into the house. Assessment has incorrect information on it. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.
