I’ve been going to Cheers since the 1980’s when they were in the Grange on McCaul Street across from Ontario College of Art, where I was a student. I was a smoker st the time and always bought my cigarettes from them. Great people and I’ve had wonderful service every time I’ve been there.

very good prices and selection I was surprised. my only complaint would be I found the customer service on the weak side. I wanted staff there to be more enthusiastic with recommendations. Maybe it was the double masking covid hysteria. if i was a newbie id have had no clue on what to buy. in their defense they were a little busy at the time.

Great selection & prices. Staff can often be very cross if you don't know what you're looking for or are curious but not informed. They get my repeat business because of proximity, as I work down the street.Not sure if it is because I don't go there regularly enough, but other than them being closed on the weekends, they'll be closed seemingly at random during the week.

Found what i wanted. But i am surprised by the reviews which says store owner is friendly. HE IS NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY. Looks like he think the customers are either thieves or beggars. In canada he must learn how to treat customer with respect and dignity. You cant be at the counter if you have some kind of anger or anxiety problems.

What a fantastic family owned and runs shop, the couple are welcoming and so humble. They make you feel super comfortable and the lady even remembered me from 5mos ago despite having my mask on. They likely have some of the best prices in the area hands down. They have a very good Cuban offering as well.Definitely go check them out

I’m here to say that I’m also in fact surprised that some reviews mention the owners to be friendly. I came into the shop as a tourist to purchase two packs of normal cigarettes. When I wanted to pay it turned out they don’t accept any foreign credit cards, debit cards or even apple pay. Only cash. When asking where there was an ATM I got barked at by the owner aggressively tapping his wrist saying they were gonna close in 20 minutes and that I basically had to take my business elsewhere. Down the street there’s a supermarket called ‘HastyMarket’, I went there to get what I needed and instead of getting yelled at I was treated kindly.

One of the best valued cigar shops in Toronto. Peter has the widest variety of cigars from all the most common locations, eg(Honduran, Cuban, Dominican, Mexican, etc) Covering all price points from a great $5 cigar to your top of the line cubans and more. The quality is top notch, and the service is just as good and the prices are the one of, if not the best in the city. I Highly recommend this shop to all my clients. I encourage everyone to go and compare, you wont regret it. Price, Selection, Quality and Value. Tell me of a better place.....I bet you can't.

If you’re looking for a back up place to buy Grabba this is it! $20 for one pack, decent amount but if you smoke a lot buying two is recommended!

Went there for the first time. Great selection and prices. Owners were very nice, knowledgeable and patient with me. will definitely be back.
