Seriously, don't do business with them. I'm always indulgent with poor customer service having worked as a CSR for a decade but the mistake made was pure lack of knowledge of their own products which resulted in me not being able to exchange my voucher. The agent provided me with the Agent voucher( the one he's suppose to keep) and the passenger voucher ( the one left for me at the end) and kept the exchange voucher which is given to japan Railways. I wasn't able to travel like supposed to, I had to cancel many bookings. Added to that their offices are closed on the w-e so no possibility of service til monday.

If you are a travel agent buy your rail tickets elsewhere. They say they are busy dealing with covid on their voicemail. It's March 6 2023! We are having a banner sales year and it's only March. How can you still be dealing with covid? I've emailed, no response. I've called and called and voicemail. I'll try another company like Rail Europe.

Waste of time and money. Paid for seat reservations that apparently aren't a reservation? What did we pay for?Ended up not being able to board the train as our tickets were worthless.Stay far far away.No customer support either.

ACP rail Simply excels in customer service. I had a glitch with my order that was of my own making and they dealt with it immediately. The person I talked with was very courteous and most helpful. Moreover they were about $50 less expensive and the travel agency downtown. I highly recommend them not only for the price and for their great customer service!

Horrible. I tried to buy 2 passes with Paypal. The transaction didn't go through because of a problem with ACP's account. So I bought them with my credit card. A couple of days later my Paypal account was charged as well. I never received a receipt from them.And I'm out the original amount. ACP ha been completely unresponsive and refused to refund the original Paypal transaction.

Abysmal customer No Service. Bought a 4 Day BRITRAIL Flexi-Pass. Impossible to make train reservations in Scotland. Was able to use only 2 of the 4 days we paid for. Requested partial refund but no reply. No phone service due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation". No email response either. Do your research and book UK rail tickets elsewhere."

Overdue refund with runaroundI have been waiting for a refund since July 2020. Told via email several times that my case was escalated but no progress.Wouldn't surprise me if this company declares bankruptcy to avoid refunds.

It's been a while but since they continue to send me emails I've been reminded. I purchased a rail ticket for Stockholm to Coppenhagen. I was charged and received no verification or receipt. Their website instructed to send an email about any issues. I sent 3 over 3 weeks and never received a response. It wasn't worth ruining my vacation dealing with this so i eventually let it go. I've never seen such blatant terrible service if it's not just a pure scam.

I had an emergency and requested cancellation. Could not contact them, they have no phone number. Their email contact does not respond (now 24 hrs after emergency) . If you want to buy passes and tickets go to the respective railways or official , they can and do support . These agents are useless.
