My clerk was Ahsan, he was so nice and helpful - I was registering my trade name. He was just very kind and calm in explaining things to me which was appreciated. I was 7th in line waited probably around 12 minutes… which is more than reasonable for a registry.

Good and helping staff.we went 2-3 times,driving knowledge test, alberta Id renew and few questions.Satisfied with service.look photo for timings of knowledge test ; general regualar time does not work there 1 hr less they close for knowledge test.Good number of counters in service (atleast I see 4 all time ; even they have total 8 counters)Pick hours all 8 were running.

I have been there several times, and each time the experience was consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, and I never had to wait more than 15 minutes in line. They were extremely helpful in assisting me with all the necessary paperwork. I highly recommend their services.

I have visited this registry quite a few times over the last few years and have always had a good experience. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and the service is quite efficient. Even during the after work rush, the wait has never been bad.

Very rude behaviour, the lady sitting asked me “Please do not tell me what I need to do”. Very disrespectful behaviour with the customers. I talked very politely and with respect, “can you please show me where does it say is the new policy in effect?” She said, “you don’t tell me what I need to do” and started getting on to my nerves. Very disrespectful behaviour. With the accent she seemed like from Latin descent, putting it out there since she won’t give me her name. Been in Canada for plenty of years, never faces such behaviour. But this was too much to take with me home today.

This place was a Zoo, on a Saturday. The agents moved through the line at incredible speeds. They were extremely helpful and had me off with my documents in no time. All well being friendly and fun. This is where I come now on.
