When the clerk brags that he can sell at inflated prices, even over retail, what does that say? Greed. He wanted $829 for a helmet. When I asked for a small break on the retail price, he said he should increase the price on old stock. So I just ordered exact same helmet online for $630 CND with free shipping.Yes, he can gouge customers today, but someday when the economy calms, he will wish he displayed ethical business practices and developed a solid customer base. I spend thousands of dollars per year on my moto habit, but I will never spend a penny there

I had the pleasure of dealing with this bike gear shop about a month ago. I went in there on a Sunday and they were quite busy. Marko made sure I was dealt with as well as anyone could ever expect on a day that they were as busy as they were. I tried on several jackets and pants which he had to bring out of the storage area in the back. He made sure I had the right gear for me. We had to order in what I wanted. When it came to shipping, as I don't live in Edmonton, I was my way for a 6 week ride and knew the jacket would not arrive on time. Marko went out of his way to make sure we got the jacket to me in another place on the way for my trip. Thanks so much for going above and beyond! You should teach customer service courses as you guys are in the top 5% of places I have dealt with in the past....Keep it up

This store is definitely a hidden gem! The owners were so helpful.Went in to look for a new retro helmet and goggles and found exactly what I was looking for.Will definitely be back next time we are in Edmonton.

The higher end riding gear like Revit is really specific for fit and to have a place to actually try on the gear is awesome. Not to mention the amazing over and above service. I sent an email after hours to just inquire about some gear and availability with the expectation that they would get back to me in a day or two on my inquiry, but I received a reply right away from Marco after hours. The over and above service had me ordering my riding gear from them. And I have been recommending them around to my friends.

I stumbled across Strath Moto online while looking for a new leather motorcycle jacket a couple weeks ago. Motorcycle gear sizing can be tricky and I was very hesitant to order online, but I fell in love with the Original Driver leather jackets. I called the shop and Marko went above and beyond with the customer service he offered to ensure the product I got would fit on arrival with out me having the ability to actually try it on in person.Strath Moto is now my go to shop for motorcycle accessories and gear. The owners clearly have fantastic taste and stock products that you typically wouldn't find at your neighbourhood motorcycle dealer.

Just popped into Strath Moto and wow…super impressed with the store, layout, owner(s) and the general vibe. Such a cool place with diverse and quality riding gear! I picked up an Rev’it Proteus protector shirt, pants and neck tube and couldn’t be happier! Thanks guys. Can’t wait to come back on my next visit to Edmonton.

Best store in Edmonton for quality motorcycle apparel and accessories. Marko and Aaron are passionate about motorcycle and contribute to the local motorcycling community in many ways. Glad to have this shop around.

A small, boutique style motorcycle shop, run by a very friendly motorcycle enthusiast. Excellent choice of clothing and helmets some of which are quite unique. Well worth visiting.
