Bad dealership!! I honestly bought a TGB scooter during the summer I’ve had it for a month and a half and I’ve had to bring it to him twice now been charged 100$ transportation. I’ll name couple issues with the scooter front headlight stopped working twice, oil cage leaking every 300km , back headlight malfunction(flickering),air coolant make a weirdd noise once turning and dash light malfunction aswell. I bought this scooter brand new and I’m convinced he sold me a used scooter st the price of new. (I had to install a powerful flashlight to be able drive at night) Once again I do not recommend this place

Nice place, the owner give as a nice service, unfortunately we didn't buy anything yet from the store so I can't speak for the quality of the product but definitely we looking to come back in spring to see what can we get. The place is worth checking it out.

June 2021: Once again, I had an issue with my scooter (just me not knowing what I was doing wrong). Well, I called them. They tried to diagnose the problem on the phone, suggested I try a few different things, and voila, it worked. I just want to say that every time I called them, they were always willing to meet me halfway on everything. Yes, I would say their service is very good. So MERCI! Should I ever buy another scooter, I would not hesitate to purchase it at Scootershop.I had a problem with my scooter from when I bought it last year. Somehow my returning it to the shop never worked out until August 2020. Unfortunately the shop in Montreal closed. I contacted Daniel the owner whose original store is in St. Eustache. They came to pick it up, fixed it and delivered it, with no hassle. So thank you for your trust & great service. My puppy and I are ready to rock and roll once again.

They basically sold me a lemon labeled as brand new. I found the service to be incredibly slow, pathetic and deprived of courtesy. Whenever I brought the scooter back they did a careless, painfully slow job. Lots of noticeable scratches appeared and was even improperly reassembled, not to mention unapologetically breaking and losing minor parts in the process. This pains me even more because I take good care of it and wash it after almost every use. When I addressed them on the issue, both the owner and service guy verbally displayed clear contempt at certain related consumer protection laws.. Especially the service guy who arrogantly maintained that they are not responsible for damage caused to bikes during their stay (Which of course is absolutely ludicrous!). I strongly recommend to avoid that place and not make the same ensaring mistake I made. (This review was written in english, auto translate errors may occur)

They say they have to charge you extra for using a credit card... except that's illegal so, no not a great place to shop with a credit cardEDIT: We were buying a scooter helmet and gloves, or more precisely, trying to.

Bought a Scooter there 3000$, the daughter of the owner is extremely impolite and condescending, he even cried about it my driveway when he delivered the scooter Guess what? a year later I call back to buy a mirror and she still has an attitude problem cause I dialed 2 instead of parts at 4, I am so sorry I bothered you, BTW are you not suppose to be this big shot with a degree, you still selling scooters, I get it, your angry, poor little millennial. You answer does not change the fact that the owner's daughter has an attitude problem, this is not the first time this happens, should I be charged extra on my credit card for not using the right extension? your lucky I coulnd't give you zero stars. Don't worry I bought the part from another place, keep defending your little brat.

Fantastic one-on-one service and a bilingual and knowledgeable staff who knows their products. They walk you through and explain everything step by step and their prices are outstanding. The scooters vary in size and prices but the quality is consistent all the way across the board! They also have a wide array of parts and accessories. I have become a lifelong customer.

I Broke the chain for my electric scooter after 2 weeks for no reason and lost a pedal after bought from store ???!!!! in first 5 km after a service waiting a good 2-3 weeks brake the chain again so I put the chain the garbage .... now maybe 200 km done I have a flat on the back tire because of the low quality inner chamber.....the battery is SLA advertise up to 35 km autonomie I don t pas over 12-15 km .......???? NO brake light in the back when I hit the brake (Dyad has this standard) I get just publicity to sell chinese s...t

Tried to get my Scooter fixed here, the repair was done, and 2 weeks later it stopped working, called them up and they were to call me back to organize a pickup but never called me back, played cat and mouse for 6 months, will be taking them to court shortly under consumer protection. Stay Away from this garage
