Haire Bros. Cleaners

I brought in 4 items to be hemmed and 1 item to be dry cleaned on Thursday June 9th 2022 and was told they would be done by (Amy) the counter person and or owner of Haire Bros Cleaners 10 days (Saturday June 18th 2022) to complete the task.I come on the Saturday June 18 to pick up the clothes I dropped off and Amy (owner) told me that she had a wedding to fix other dresses for and couldn't do the clothes that I had left to be completed. She said can you come Sunday the June 19 and she will work on all the items on that day. I said no I want them to be done properly and to take your time. I will pick up them Wednesday June 22nd. I call 6 pm Tuesday 21 June to ask how the job was coming along and Amy did not understand what I was talking about after extensive explanation in inquiring. Amy then said the clothes were ready". I drove to the location of the store and I said I wanted to look at the hemming to see before I paid for it. It was very sloppy

I'm being serious when I write, that all the positive reviews on here are probably from the business owners' friends and family.Everything I have given to be washed or altered, had been done badly on several occasions. I blame myself, because my life is so busy I just drop off my stuff hoping for the best. I kept promising myself that I wouldn't go back to give my business, but then every so often, I nievely would reconsider and tell myself maybe this time will be different

Always do an amazing job with alterations. I have been coming to them for years and will continue to do so.

I have been regularly going there for 10 years. Always 100% satisfied with their service (both cleaning and alteration). Friendly staff who are extremely warm and nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

THEY PUT MY FUR-TRIMMED COAT IN THE WASHER. They advertise that they do things on premises, but the smaller print specifies that it is only alterations that they do on premises. They send out their dry cleaning. I dropped off a fur-trimmed coat that specifies on the tag that it is dry clean only. As soon as I picked it up today, I noticed that the fur seemed messy, matted, and flat. On closer inspection, I noticed bits of lint stuck to the fur and that the inside lining was still damp. I asked the woman working there and she told me that it had been put in the washer. If it needed it to be washed, why on earth would I sent it in to the dry cleaners?! I pointed out the dry clean only tag and she said she would try to clean it again, which I protested against. AVOID this place. It is an incredibly disappointing, unreliable establishment that will potentially ruin your costly clothing items. An AWFUL experience.

I have been going here for many years, same with my family, every time we are pleased with their work, wait times are great and prices are good, very affordable, fast friendly service!
