Foxy Box is one of the best wax salons I've been to thus far! The salon was very clean and welcoming. I dropped in for a wax, serviced by Xena. The process was very quick, and my skin felt super smooth. Will continue my service with them.

My eyebrows have never looked so good!! The owner was so kind and answered all of my questions, walked me through all of their services and I will definitely being going back for laser hair removal. Sam worked wonders on my eyebrows and I’m rebooking after I leave this review!!!!

These peeps are amazing! I’m getting my entire back lasered and the staff made me feel really comfortable. Also, the results are great. The process is less painful then I thought and I’m looking forward to me next session.

Had 7 sessions of Laser hair removal for Underarms, Brazilian, and Full legs. The shop is clean, tidy, and professional without feeling like a clinicCould not be happier with the whole experience.They worked within my (often changing last minute) schedule.I have never felt anxious or nervous as the women there make you feel very comfortable. They explain everything checking in often to make sure you are good. The cooling pads are a GREAT touch and the results are exactly what I was looking for.Could not recommend more.

Amazing experience! I came in for a single waxing service and requested a second when I arrived and they were able to fit me in. Xena was patient, super knowledgeable, and very friendly. If you’re intimidated at all by waxing, I highly recommend Xena - she was careful and communicative throughout my appointment. The staff is lovely and you can tell they care about their clients :) Would 100% recommend Foxy Box and will definitely be a repeat customer myself! Thanks again Xena

Horrible experience -- everything from customer service to the actual waxing. This may have been the worst customer experience I have received at a business in my life. Where do I start: I need to start from my fault: I had to reschedule my appointment a couple times, I have been suffering from a debilitating illness that has recently flared up, and due to unpredictable nature, was not able to attend my original appointment I had booked for last Saturday. I made sure to call early Saturday morning to reschedule my 4pm appointment(well within their cancellation policy) to Sunday. On Sunday, I was still not feeling well so I again had to reschedule my 3PM appointment on their online system, and moved my appointment to Monday. I put in the note that I am not feeling well, too sick to attend appointment, and that I was rescheduling. I was not well enough on Monday and unfortunately did not realize I forgot to cancel the Monday appointment. I realize that this should incur no show fees, which is absolutely fair, and it was never my intention to waste somebody’s time.I finally was able to rebook and make it to my appointment today and received no greeting. The esthetician let me know in a very abrasive tone, that I have “six no shows”. She was combative and very aggressive, I asked her politely if she can please break down the fees for today including no show, and mentioned that I did NOT no show SIX times, she tells me they charge no show fees per service, and not per appointment, and that I would be charged for SIX no shows. She further explained that my full leg wax would be charged as two services - upper leg and lower leg i.e $10 each. When I had booked it as one service. Now again, I felt bad as it was genuinely my fault and responsibility - I did not want anybody to incur loss in wages for not being able to make it to my appointment on Monday, but their their treatment of me was very hostile. I was charged cancellation twice for each service. Still, it was not about the money but their treatment of me and the situation, I was made to feel horrible.We moved to the actual waxing: the actual waxing was horrible and did not improve the experience. She applied wax in very large areas and then applied strips all at once after - never in my life have I had an esthetician apply wax in this way, the wax cools down and the strips do not work as well. She got wax on my sock, and all over the sheet they use to cover the waxing bed, which made the wax and the paper stick to my body, incredibly messy and amateurish.Icing on the cake was her telling me we do not have time to complete the full wax, as they ran out of time for my appointment, and had somebody else booked in right after. She blamed it on me. Mind you — she had made me wait for the manager to come in to talk to me, and the manager was running late, and I had showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time. There was no reason they should have run out of time for my appointment, and if that was going to happen, they should have let me know and rebook me instead of leaving me half-waxed.I was left with patches of wax and paper stuck to my body, and got dressed, asked for a wipe to clean myself off as I can’t go about my day like that.I asked the manager again for an itemized breakdown of the waxing charges but she said she would email it to me after I make the payment. She tried overcharging me by $50 for a service I did not receive again at the front desk, and I had to again clarify that I was quoted a different amount by their own staff member before starting the service. I had to get it corrected.All in all, I had an awful experience, did not even receive the wax I scheduled an appointment for, and was told would receive a breakdown of the waxing cancellation charges in the email, which again did not happen. Manager was smug and clearly did not care, took zero accountability, I couldn’t wait to get out of there.Do not support this business unless you want to a migraine on your day off and to be made feel bad. Go anywhere else!

I’ve been to this location a few times majority for waxing but decided to try a lash lift and tint and also a brow lam with tint. I asked for a brown tint for the lashes and ended up with black?? . But my brows I'm not sure if the trainee did the steps correctly for the lam and my brows look like black tint was applied. I don’t have black hair and wanted a ombré effect with a light brown or natural brown but they just look like blocks on my face.. I understand tint fades in a few days but I still didn’t ask for 10x shade darker then my brows and I have gotten the light brown/natural brown tint before elsewhere and it’s always looked great and natural. I’m sure she left the tint on way to long or something but I’m embarrassed to even leave my house and paid good money for this to be done.

Extremely welcoming staff who care about your comfort. Inclusive space for all genders. All the staff are so kind and work to make your experience top notch. Exceptionally clean. Washroom with additional products should you need them. Netflix and great music. 10/10 recommend.

No reason to be hesitant to visit the Foxy Box.Professional service, very comfortable throughout the whole time. Feeling like they knew what's my concern and didn't get any awkward or uncomfortable vibe hahaChrissy is the best! And Daniella is super helpful, The best!Definitely visit again.

I love everyone here!!!! The owner is the best ❤️. Prior to coming to foxy box I’ve never had a great and easy experience with getting my downstairs waxed. These girls makes every single experience enjoyable. I consider them my therapists! They are there in an awkward uncomfortable situation for both the client and themselves but always have a good time! All the ladies are professional and friendly.I’ve been coming here for a year now and never had an issue.Love them all! I recommend all my friends to come here
