This location has the greatest customer service. The moment I walked in, I was greeted in a welcoming way. Amie and Rita were the most patient and friendly when I needed help picking out glasses and learning how to put on contact lenses. They make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. I also had an eye test with Dr.Vergara and she was very professional.I highly recommend coming here for any eye test or glasses needs!

Cindy provided me with outstanding customer service. I was looking for a particular colour and shape for my eye glasses. She went looking and found them for me. She is extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. Hakim has my business!!!

Rita and Amie were extremely friendly and very helpful. Rita helped me the whole time until I found the perfect glasses for me. I don't have benefits and the glasses were way more expensive than I was expecting, but excellent customer service

I have been a customer for over 15 years at Hakim in Brampton on Steeles Ave. The first time I dealt with Hakim, Cindy immediately greeted me and answered all of my questions. She has always been very pleasant, professional and expedient in assisting me with all of my purchases. It makes shopping at Hakim a pleasure.
