My experience with this dealership has been incredibly mixed. The sales reps on the floor are all great. The sales manager Geoff is incredibly predatory in his tactics and it's frankly embarrassing. Trying to push same day sales, and pushing different vehicles to try and make the fit. Also the dealership has very harrassment level types of contact. We've asked 5-6 times over 3 years to be removed from the mailing and contact list but are still getting contacted to trade in a vehicle we sold over a year ago.

My first experience with a Nissan product and I'm very pleased. Ecstatic actually! Drives like a dream, and has so many bells and whistles - that I didn't expect. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima and couldn't be happier. On top of that - can't say enough about the exemplary service from Todd Stewart and each person that dealt with me at the dealership (should be called Courteous Nissan!). The car has gone through a safety inspection and everything was brought up well past standard safety. So I'm confident that my new wheels are going to take me on the road" in a fine manner. Courtenay Nissan is awesome! I've been going there since 2014. I just purchased my 3rd car there. The customer service is first class! Anthony and Jeff were so much fun to work with. All the staff there make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend Courtenay Nissan!!

Bought the car July of 22, it has run beautifully, although I lucked out and had nick helping me, he was great although it looks like he has since moved on. The sales managagers were to much for me but nick made it a good first experience.I just took my vehicle back for its service and I loved the service department, the service manager is the one who checked me in and it was super easy, we discussed what services would be done, I was given a price estimate and low and behold that's what I paid! Would definitely go back to there service department

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive and efficient car-buying experience.Disorganized, dishonest, and does not value your time. If you do your due diligence on a vehicle with a pre-purchased mechanical inspection & find issues, Courtenay Nissan would rather discredit your hard work and sell the vehicle to someone else who isn't as knowledgeable. What a racket.*They keep deleting this genuine review. Third time posting it. This is how they do business. #dishonest

We just bought a used 2020 Nissan NV200 from the KIA dealer in Courtenay, a frustrating experience to say the least! So we went to Courtenay Nissan to sort out a few issues! They couldn’t have been more helpful! Friendly, communicative and in a straightforward manner brought clarity where KIA had failed and resolved our issues very quickly. They even offered pictures of the parts they worked on! Will definitely be dealing with them again in the future.Update…Nissan discovered that the battery was defective and replaced it plus were really diligent at rectifying a couple of other issues. They really went the distance at making things right (something Kia couldn’t be bothered with). Courtenay Nissan has earned our trust and subsequent business…Well Done!BTW…we are quite happy with our NV200 now, it just needed some love and TLC!

Geoff and Julia made trading in and buying a used car a great experience. They were fast, efficient and patient with my many questions. I have never purchased a car before online and one I didn't test drive however their support and fast delivery made me confident in my choice to go with Courtney Nissan. They definitely take pride in customer satisfaction and I would recommend them to anyone due to their integrity.
