The folks here are very friendly and make it clear that they are there to help you get what ever you need .and get you back on the road as soon as possible. they helped me many time in rush situation s and gotten my work vehicle back on the road in amazing time and at a great value .

Great place excellent, staff excellent, owner more than fair prices, Skip the big Box tire stores deal with this place 100% hands down no complaints.Very accommodating even when they are both solid do whatever they have to to get you back on the road Commercial or General public.

Owners Kenny and Patty Cinnamon were incredible to deal with. Some of the friendliest people I’ve dealt with. Also extremely professional and knowledgeable. Came in for new trailer tires, they had them changed in just over an hour. While I was waiting in the front office, Patty kept my niece occupied with colouring books! I will definitely be back.. no questions asked. Highly recommended for sure!

Visiting Rocky Mountain house and I was just about to leave when a trucker informed me my back tire was flat. He let me know what services were available in Rocky. I went to the Kal Tire but they were busy, so they phoned around for me and found Civic Tire had an opening. I went there and they met me at the door and had it fixed within 1/2 house. Very impressed with the people in Rocky Mountain House!

Have winter tires that they recommended was best for my vehicle. They were RIGHT, honest, affordable, quick and efficient. I'll be making the 2 hour drive back for some all weathers in the spring time.
