I’ve known Brian since 2015 when I bought my house with his help. When my wife and I started looking for a bigger house, Brian was very patient with us. We are very picky people and we were looking for our forever home. It took 3 years to find and Brian was by our side the whole time. Brian is very knowledgeable about houses, pointing out things we did not notice and making sure the amenities were in working conditions. Brian was always willing to show us houses we were interested in and if he was not available he would always have someone show us the house. When it came time to buy a house, Brian was helpful in letting us know what would be an appropriate offer for us to get the house. Brian stayed up late to make sure we were ready for a counter offer and that we got the house.
