I went in with a friend about a week ago, knowing nothing about the sport. Jeremy was a absolute legend and helped me pick out my first rifle and some accessories. One of the best places in Montreal to go for anything related to airsoft. Highly recommend!

No other place compares in the area. Taktik is just a go-to place for events and to meet new people while playing. The shop is sometimes limited but supply and demand is an issue everywhere right now. When you buy a gun from here, you get to test it and if you have any issues the tech guys are more than happy to help.

I cannot give 5 stars because I actually never went. I booked a party ( airsoft) event for 6 people for a 12th birthday. I did not properly check what was included in the package until days later.I realized that the event does not come with the equipment and what I wanted cost a total of $700.I had paid close to $290, so I asked to be reimbursed. I got the money back, so voilà. Im very glad they did! And who knows, maybe one day, I will end up going.

Those guys are awesome!I messaged them well after working hours and they answer my question about my order that wasn't getting processed, on top of that they reviewed my order, make sure of my purpose with those parts and told me that some parts weren't compatible together, no place I ordered before did that and that for me is AAA service

Amazing service, coming from a paintball back ground this was my first Airsoft rifle and OMG what a beast. They made me test the gun before and a couple of magazines to be sure they all worked and feeded perfectly, after they gave me good tips on masks, glasses batteries very well explained, gun adjustments. You guys have a customer for life and I already started sending people over

Staff was very rude and cold. Went in for my first time and was not impressed. Person at the desk didn't seem interesting in helping or answering questions. Felt very stand offish. Had some cool loot but customer service was not there. When I asked more about the field all I got were one word answers. Not comimg back for gear or play.
