Boss Logo Print & Graphics

I ordered three different sets of postcards. The made the wrong sizes for all. When i showed them mistake 4by 6 was cut 5by 7 and vise versa. They said there machines are not accurate and wont replace. Very unethical business. Find someone reliable. $400 down the drain

I've had an extremely terrible experience with every instance of dealing with Boss Logo. Every bit of their sub-par customer service just dragged on leaving me feeling unsatisfied and taken advantage of.The order was over 2 weeks late - I emailed and called. The emails were never returned, no one answers their phones, and their voicemail is always full. I could not get a status update on my late order. Finally, I decided to dispute the PayPal transaction.Wow like magic, 2 days later this guy Anil calls me and promises to make everything better. He promises to ship the cards to me next day by FedEx and 100% refund my order. Okay this is new to me. They actually care about the customer? Well the business cards never came the next day and I was never refunded even over a week later as I'm writing this review. Of course Boss Logo will most likely respond that they never received my calls or emails as this is the easy way out.Customer service is the most important part of a successful business. Without happy customers you are NOTHING. It's 2019, if you haven't figured out how to treat your customers, or even Googled it, you bet your competitors are treating their customers like gold.Don't worry about the $30 Anil, keep it, it's a souvenir and and attribute to your pettiness.

I placed an order with boss logo over the web and due to misunderstanding order was produced with error. Spoke with Jay and he immediately provided the best solution and fixed the order at no extra charge. Amazing customer service not just while placing the order but also after the sales. I highly recommend the boss logo for any kind of printing needs. Thank you Jay for all your help and excellent customer service.

Fair quality for price when they get your order correct. However, there always seems to be an issue, printing is often late, and the customer service is non-existent. My last order included business cards with the wrong finish. I contacted customer service to request replacement or refund and have not heard back. I don't expect to as that seems to be par for the course.

Recently, new management has taken over and there has been a significant difference. Their response time, products and turnaround time has greatly improved. BossLogo provides quality printing with affordable pricing. Great customer service Kaitlyn!!

Absolute worst experience ever. Horrible printing quality, no ones noticed the bad foil leaking all over, nothing centered. They picked up the bad order, Jay Seymoure came to my shop and picked it up June 29th, promised a solution, called the quality trash himself and said he will make heads roll when he gets back to the shop. I followed up with him via email and phone calls multiple times, every time I catch him he acts more stupid than the prior call, he needs approval for the reprint and waiting for his boss, then finally he's on vacation but answering the company landline from outside Canada!!! Superman to the rescue.On that call from outside Canada he promised that the absolute latest would be August 2nd because he will be back in town 7/25 and he needs 5 days to be on top of his crew to make it happen guaranteed. I email him again to confirm then I call multiple times, leave message, no reply. Finally today they send me email telling me that because it has foil on both sides (with is an option you can still select on the website) and they wrote Reprinting the card will not guarantee a different result"Today is 8/8/22 they picked up the cards that Jay said they're $HiT 6/29/22 promised the reprint 8/2 now this!!!?RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN

This is a NEW CHAPTER for the NEW BOSS LOGO!This is NOT the same company it once was when it was run by the previous owners. The new team CARES and takes the time to ensure client satisfaction. I had a tight delivery timeline and Kaitlyn was quick to get on the phone and call me to chat about how they could expedite my order. She took care of me the way I always expect to be taken care of. NEVER saw service like this before from BOSS which is why I stopped buying from them for a while. HOWEVER, now that I've experienced the NEW BOSS and their service AND QUALITY with attention to detail - I'll be coming back again and again and again! Thanks TEAM BOSS LOGO! Excited about our future business transactions based on my most recent INCREDIBLE experience!Keep it up and there will be TONS of print work coming your way again from all over the print industry. Quality and service were what they once lacked and now have TOP NOTCH quality and service. So happy and impressed!!!

STAY AWAY FROM BOSS LOGO!! These guys are certainly CHEAP. I will give them that. But there is a reason for that... they do not put resources into their CS or offer to fix their mistakes. They do not know how to treat their customers and do not know what a bleed is. They keep taking my information with the idea to look into my business card print problem, but never get back to me. I call them again a week later (X2) and they want my information again saying we will get back you. They guy on the other end says he cannot help me, saying he is only the messenger" and will do his best to get my concerns to the right person. He was only eager to get off the phone with me and not try to help. What a joke these guys are. STAY AWAY FROM BOSS LOGO!! They just want to take your money and run!"

I do not recommend this company. When I first started my business the quality and value was great. They must have changed ownership. For my last order, first they sent me someone else's order which I had to discard. When my order finally came (late), when I ran my letterhead through my printer the ink they had printed actually rubbed off onto my printer spool and then imprinted on other pages. The envelopes I ordered came in 2 styles, and also the ink from one envelop rubbed off onto the envelope on top of it rendering all of them useless. Everything they have sent me is garbage and after much back and forth and no resolution I never got a refund. You get what you pay for.

About 2 years ago I left a review said Boss Logo should be closed for good because of the terrible services.Now, with a new management, they really did change a lot. The quality is good and they always get the job done on time, which was the biggest issue before.Kaitlyn's customer service is extremely good! She replies almost instantly for any questions, and solve my problem right away! She is awesome!Overall, Boss Logo is totally new now. They are not perfect yet, still some minor problem here or there, but there was a huge improvement.
