First time there and got a nice welcome. The person at cash helped us very carefully all the options and let us pick our favorite burger. There are plenty of space for dine in and our order was ready in a reasonable time.This is a casual burger restaurant and I'll go there again.

Cashier was slow enough that people started ordering online. They received their food before the customers that waited in line as well. Cashier was also rude when I asked if ketchup or Clive sauce was included with an order of fries. Never used to be this way, so I just needed to ask.I didn't know that it normal to charge for ketchup...never seen this anywhere before...Love the food here, but the service and pricing isn't great anymore. Recommend finding another burger spot.

Always delicious and consistent! Perfect burgers always cooked just the way I like it , crinkle cut fries are delicious and always in paper to ensure that crunch! Keep up the great work to your team! Burger science at its finest.

This place used to be so good. Let me start there. It's really taken a dive recently. Prices have been raised and the quality has drastically taken a dive. We ordered two Frank's with cheese, they come wrapped in parchment paper which is completely wrong. Should be in a tray of some sort so the integrity of the hot dog isn't ruined. We opened both dogs to see them falling apart and without cheese. Crazy that they charge $1.25 for cheese and then don't even put it on. It's very sad to see what Clive has become. Even the kitchen is a sad state of affairs. 5-6 cooks and not one word of communication being spoken. They all seem miserable. This place needs to shake things up if they wanna stay relevant.

They have the thinnest burger patties I’ve ever seen. The biggest turn-off about this place was witnessing a staff who was cooking the burgers wipe his sweat off with a towel on his shoulders with bare hands then went straight back to cooking. Literally touching the food, no gloves whatsoever. This happened multiple times while we were there. I hate to leave negative reviews like this but this is just down right wrong. When stuff like this happens in an open kitchen, imagine what goes on in the closed ones.

Best burger I had in Calgary so far! Glad I went in today for lunch.The team was super polite and friendly, I recommend getting a vanilla custard shake! Absolutely phenomenal especially on hot days like today!The burger was super juicy and cooked perfectly, the bun was fresh and everything was super delicious!Will be back for sure!

Burgers weren’t bad and their patties were decent, but I’m picky about my beef patties. So I wasn’t overly impressed. The bun was okay and so were the rest of the ingredients used, but I probably won’t go there again for burgers.Their coffee milkshake was delicious though, I might stop by sometime just for the drink.
