Dr. Haroon has been my family doctor for 4 years now.  She is very caring, attentive and compassionate.   She always makes me feel at ease when I visit her busy office and is always very eager to help clarify all of my health concerns and questions.   She takes immediate measures to send me for further testing when needed.I am so grateful to have found Dr. Haroon after my family doctor retired after so many years.  She’s a true blessing and I know I am in good hands and I look forward to many more years with her.Thank you Dr. Haroon.

Dr.Haroon by far the most unprofessional,egotistic and narcissistic Doctor I've ever experienced in my life. Based on living in different countries and parts of the world. Also rushes through all her appointments.Never had such an experience. Terrible. Highly recommend to keep away. Surprised she still has her license to see patients. The office clerk she is extremely polite, professional and respectful but the total opposite of the supposedly called DR. Even a butcher is more respectful and more professional.

Dr Haroon is the BEST and most CARING doctor I have had. My family and I have gone to her for almost 10 years and she has always listened to my concerns and provided the most knowledgeable and caring response to my health. She is always on top of any concerns I may have and responds quickly. I am delighted to have such a caring doctor.

Dr. Haroon has been my doctor for a few years now. I find her attentive, thorough, and friendly. She is very pleasant and has excellent bedside manner. She has always treated my issues promptly and referred me to specialists in cases where she was unable to. I also find the clinic clean and organized.

I would avoid unless you desperately need something quick like a blood work requisition form or doctor’s note or something like that.This was all well before Covid, but I’ve always had really dismissive experiences, for example, shaking their head and telling me I’m too young to be concerned about looking into getting regular annual testing for breast cancer (mid 20s and with family history of it).I have switched doctors since and they were very confused as to why I was ever given certain medications by this clinic (in the same allergy family, and others are not safe based on my Physical and Blood work).Overall, I think she is a little too quick and it results in a lack of compassionate, long term solutions/care.The pharmacy, however, is really great!

I have been Dr. Haroon’s patient since 2017. She used to be patient and caring but during my last few appointments she doesn’t seem to care and tries to rush me. The last time I went to see her she asked me what I’m doing here at this time of the day. I don’t think anyone goes to see the doctor for no reason. Also, wait times are bad even if you have an appointment, sometimes even a few hours. At my last appointment she told me she’s gonna send a prescription to the pharmacy and to come pick it up after a week. I called the pharmacy 2 weeks later and they told me she didn’t send anything to them and she’s on vacation. It’s been 2 months since and still nothing.

This place makes me want to rate it with zero stars. We’ve had the same experience multiple times with these people. My girlfriend has an extreme hair loss concern that started about a month and a half ago and every time we book an appointment at this location we get an appointment time and the doctor ends up either calling extremely late, or never calls until we spam call the receptionist. Again today was the last time…we had an appointment for 1:45 and the receptionist or the doctor never called with a courtesy call or never sent a text message or an email with the reason for NOT calling for our appointment. The issue doesn’t stop here it is also in the doctors practice. She prescribed my girlfriend a blood test and told her to come pick up the paper on the same day and told her it was perfectly fine to go and get the blood work done with no further instructions. When we got to the blood centre the technician told us that the prescription said she had to be without eating for 12 hours before the test.Therefore she could not take the test on the same day! The doctor didn’t mention any of this or didn’t ask if she had eaten or not. Additionally when she was on the phone consult with my girlfriend instead of telling her exactly what she needed to test her for she asked her what she wanted to be tested for. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with this service as there is never a courtesy email or call whenever they fail to follow up with the appointment and the doctor’s competency was extremely questionable. We do not recommend this clinic if you are concerned about your health.

My doctor is a very good family Dr Aroosa Haroon she is the best she listen to your problems and try her very best to deal with it if she can't she send you on the other doctors or specialist she is very caring and understanding

Dr Haroon has been my primary for several years and is caring, practical, knowledgeable and listens. Not much more I could ask for. I feel comfortable that she is looking after my well-being.I had an eye issue last week, Dr Haroon suggested me to go to the emergency immediately, she wrote a letter indicating the illness and urgency so that I was able to see the emergency doctor very quick.Thank you Dr Haroon and your reception stuff!!

Dr. Haroon is a great physician-no nonsense and to the point. Staff is very friendly. Great experience. Highly recommend her.
