Tropical Heating & Cooling - Niagara Falls

We had our pre-winter inspection with Tropical and we were informed that we needed a new furnace, which we anticipated. It's never great news but these guys really softened the blow. Not only did they get us a next-day appointment, John in sales was at our house in 20 minutes and went into a detailed explanation of our options. He didn't try to sell us more than we needed and gave us all the pros and cons of each unit. The installers Dan B, Dave, and Dave were extremely professional, prompt, and carefully explained everything about our unit. They were personable and really went out of their way to make us feel like we were their best customers. They also seemed like they actually enjoy what they do. We are still new to Buffalo and a bit wary of who we choose for home improvements but we will be loyal customers of theirs from here on out. Absolutely exceptional service. And they have very competitive and transparent pricing.

We had a Navien tankless water heater installed. John (sales rep) met with us last week, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dave, Mike, and Andrew, the technicians, were professional, courteous, prompt, and expedient. They did a fantastic job, and they cleaned up completely. Krysta in the office was also great. I strongly recommend Tropical. I know that we will be return customers for future HVAC and heating needs.

We've used this company several times, and every time, they've done a great job. Everyone we've worked with has been personable and knowledgeable. They have been quick to respond when our heat was out, having someone out within the hour. And when we had to get our furnace and A/C replaced, they gave us a great price. We will definitely use them again.

Tropical Heating & Cooling are in my experience outstanding. I have called them 2x for major overhauls of our full heating and cooling systems in our homes. I would continue to use their service. They showed up at the time that they said they would show up. Two very nice guys took out my old furnace and installed a brand new furnace and air conditioning for a very reasonable price. Finished it in one day. Very satisfied.

Had a tankless water heater installed today. We have been using Tropical for our hvac needs for many years. Today’s work was up to their typical high standards.

AAA+++ Very Professional Company!! Customer Service was super responsive and scheduled my appointment right away. Dan & Jerry were quick to diagnose the problem with my boiler system. They did not try to upsell me and educated me on my current system and provided reasonable options to extend the life of my current system. I could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend them to anyone needing support with their HVAC system.

John was very awesome, explained everything very thoroughly and had many options for financing. Definately give these guys a call for all your heating and cooling needs.The install crew was very professional, explained the entire process and answered any questions i had. They walked me through my new unit, worked very quickly and efficiently. Very happy with our new AC unit, what a world of a difference. I can't say enough about Tropical Heating & Cooling in general and my service technician Mike specifically. My AC unit failed less than 2 years after installation...which is not usually the start of a good review....but Tropical had a tech out to see me the following morning. Mike had the problem diagnosed and repaired inside 20 minutes. The capacitor had shorted out due to a large spider getting in the unit. Mike was courteous, efficient, and honest...his service was worth a million dollars, but our service call cost us nothing. Thank you Mike and thank you Tropical Heating and Cooling!
