worst customer service experience

Good service & very helpful staff.

Ordered a product online unfortunately the incorrect product was delivered. Enzo took my call and was absolutely wonderful in helping me rectify this situation. He found the right product and had it delivered to my home. Thank you Enzo for all your help.

Scam alert !! On 30% discount item they charge full amount. When confronted staff, floor manager gave excuses(technical error, cashier don’t know) Manager Sue is worst in dealing customer query. Instead of listening complaint she has arrogant attitude.Everyone pls be careful & check your receipt of payment.I’ll never visit this store and I recommend same to my friends & family

Sue was amazing as well as Enzo and cashier Gur Partap I went in and get exactly what I wanted in lest than 5 mins

Will never shop there again. I purchased a Madella pump that cost almost $500 and when I opened the box and tried to plug it in the pump part was damaged. It did not turn on and It did not work. Exactly half an hour after I purchased the pump, I brought it back with everything in tact. Nothing opened except for the pump, and they refused to return it and refund my money. They would not let me speak to a manager And just told me that the manufacturer probably sent out a defective one by accident and that it was not their problem. How can that be that after 30 minutes they would not refund my money. I told them I was sceptical to re-purchase a product like this wanted my money back so that I could buy something different. They refused and sent me away with a damaged pump . I believe the customer service girls name was Simran, shame on you for allowing me to leave with a baby at home out $500 and no options in front of me.

The cashier forgot to put discount on anything and on being asked first denied altogether and said this is what it is. On insisting , the cashier went in to get manager , Sue. She came in with the worst defensive attitude and instead of being apologetic about the technical error gave us lot of attitude and was very rude. Every one please check their receipts.
