I loved the warm and friendly atmosphere with a beautiful person who has a lot of knowledge on feet and posture. I was fitted for orthotics since 2003 and I continue to go back to Orthotics East who are well specializing and caring people. I saw Freeman and love is personality. My feet and posture have been amazing with my orthotics.

I had a overall positive (minus the fit of my Orthotics) experience until I had to reschedule my follow up. I was out of country and had my assistant call to reschedule the day before my appointment. Now that I have returned I found out the follow up was not booked. When calling to book I was told because it was not exactly 24 hours notice I would have to pay a fee. I was informed that the next time I could get in was almost over 4 week away. I also asked about being put on a cancelation list and she said that is so jam packed. Ok. So I canceled the day before my appointment and the cancelation list is so jam packed and they have the nerve to charge me a fee for calling to reschedule. I’m sorry but after $480 I have a pair of orthodics that are not fitting right and instead of providing good customer service They are just money hungry. Really poor business practice. I’m in business also and I would never treat my customers that way. Hopefully I will get a call back to have this taken care of. Until then I would not recommend going here as their policy’s put money before customers. Perhaps it’s just the reception. But I will be going somewhere else on principle. I have ample notice to reschedule my appointment. And considering the cancelation list is jam packed they have lost my BusinessUpdateJust a follow up. Freeman did contact me and because my appointment was asked to be rescheduled 23 hours not 24 he wants $40 on top of the $400 + I paid for Orthotics. I am a business owner myself and I would never do this to my customers. Considering they would not even put me on a cancel list as it was so full they are just money hungry people. I would not recommend going here as their policy’s are not geared to providing a exceptional customer experience. They are geared to get every $ out of you they can. I will spend $1000 somewhere else before I go back here. I called first thing Monday morning to reschedule a Tuesday appointment. There was no possibility to call any earlier.I already have an appointment booked with another company. I hope people reading this just decide to do the same and not waste their time or money here.
