Service Canada Centre

I was told I might be able to access my r.o.e at service Canada on alloy drive, when I went there the guy standing in the lobby (security) wouldn’t let me go in, and even inquire. He said that they don’t do that there, so I was wondering if anyone got theirs from there before? Could of went to the company but I just needed them quickly instead of waiting for them in the mail. (Company wasn’t Thunder Bay)

Went for updating sin number updation.Good staff member and very helpful.I was helped very fastly and ebrything got done in minutes.Since, the place is fully follwing the covid protocols, we will need to have a small wait outside the building as only a very limited number of people are allowed inside the building.

I was at Service Canada Thunder Bay this morning. I had the please of having Kathleen look over my pension forms. Courteous, friendly and so very helpful. I am very grateful for her understanding and reducing my stress. Thank you Kathleen!

They eventually got everything straightened out but it was their mistake to begin with. I brought all my paperwork in so that I didn't make any mistakes. As it turns out my oas went through but they have no idea what happened to my cpp and gic. Thank goodness I misplaced the letter they sent me to say they received my application. I normally file all my important paper but I can't find it anywhere.I called pensions and asked them to send another copy and the guy I was talking to said by the way ...... He informed me my OAS was there but my CPP and GIC applications were not there. Thank you so much who ever you were.I made sure I didn't get the same agent at Service Canada office. The young lady that assisted me in filling all the extra paper work was awesome - my application had to be amended which is different forms from the regular application.

They make you wear a mask, no exemptions accepted, and on their website it says they will “call public health authorities if you do not comply” but YET their staff doesn’t wear a masks, the lady that served me had her mask hanging off her ear .. I guess the “science of Covid” only effects outsiders and not government employees

Keely was unfriendly and unhelpful. If they were nice but nothing could be done that would be okay, also if they were rude but got the job done that would work too. Requested a certified copy and they looked at me like I had two heads. The front security guard is lovely

The female staff is like an angel, the service is very thoughtful and attentive, and they take good care of foreigners who are not fluent in language.

Can we not get a direct phone number to that office instead of spending 2 hrs on the phone for them to just say go online? Guess what going online just gives you their phone number to an automated service that tells you nothing. Do yourself a favor and just go there in person if you can. Garbage system. The my service canada app is broken and won't tell you anything right now either. Every employee there has a phone at their desk.

Customer Service from a woman on Friday, Dec. 8, 2017 who came out 12:25 pm to supposedly assisting her co-worker, was wasting her time. That woman who came out at 12:25 p.m. was rude & disrespectful or may have been predjudice. I had one simple question and she basically brushed me off. What was the point of having her out there to assist? She needs to be re-trained in her customer service skills or reprimanded.
