We had been without heat for one night during the cold snap, we called early the next morning and Nick came to our rescue!! Very personable and professional! He had our furnace up and running in 15 minutes!! Outstanding service!! We will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Had a great experience with a furnace repair today. Furnace was displaying an intermittent issue, called and got a booking within a couple hours. After calling to confirm it was OK, tech showed up even earlier than scheduled. Noah was friendly and helpful, walking me through what might be wrong, what he did, and how their repair guarantee policy worked. Pricing was very reasonable. Great experience and will be my go-to for HVAC work going forward.

Called CanPro due to our air conditioner not cooling. Nic came out and had the issue figured out right away. Nic gave me all the options and had us up and running again in no time. Very friendly, prompt service.

While checking what was going on with my furnace, I noticed my hot water tank had sprung a leak. I called Can-Pro Gallery first thing in the morning and they sent someone by noon to replace the water heater. The guys that showed up were easy to talk to, explained everything, and worked efficiently. The had the old tank removed and a new one installed and working in 2 hours. This is the second time using Can-Pro for a HWT, and I did not hesitate calling them as the previous tank they installed lasted almost 18 years. And, while they were here, they looked and my furnace and provided a free estimate of what needed to be fixed. I will not hesitate to call Can-Pro again when needed.

We recently had Can-Pro Heating and Cooling install a new furnace and AC and were very impressed from start to finish. Nick provided a quote for the project. He was highly professional and pleasant. Nicole was a tremendous help in answering questions we had about the project. Keenan and the other two crew were punctual, respectful, and extremely hard working. They worked outside on a day that went up to 36 C. They put in a 10 hour day to complete the project in one day. When the work was done Keenan did a full walk through with us and explained everything. Thanks Can-Pro for your high standard of professionalism. We would definitely use Can-Pro again and would recommend this company for any heating and cooling projects.
