The store on North Sydney has always been a great shopping experience with friendly staff very clean.I only wish I could say the same for the Sydney River store of which is the opposite.....it's worth the drive to the north side and enjoy the drive

The staff are such kind and positive people who are so helpful,I've shopped there for 20 years and I would never change that ,also it so clean in there which I love ,I'm a bit of a germ freak and dirty places,but I really enjoy this store and the staff.

Besides a few small products, it's the same as it's competitors. Prices are no different, depending on their weekly specials. It's all a matter of preference where you shop.

I called back at the end of the year 2021 regarding your 18.5 l water bottle refund policy.You charge your customers a deposit of $10 per bottle and then unilaterally decide that we're not worth getting our money back when we want to return the bottles.Updated March 15th, 2022.Was able to speak with store manager who compensated us the $20.00. Still no answer from Loblaws head office and their customer service department.

The pharmacy staff is really good but the customer service table has no use for customers I don't understand why they're even working customer service if they don't want to be there.
