Best Therapist in Toronto. TARA is very knowledgeable, passionate and a kind soul. She customize sessions according to your need. TARA is highly skilled in her massage techniques. I play soccer and in last 2 years TARA's recommended exercises and therapy sessions helped me improve my performance levels on field. It's not just massage sessions but the knowledge about your own body that you get from her and tips to connect with your own body that makes her special and one of a kind therapist. I am glad to finally find a therapist that I don't have to look anywhere else and every session is better than the last one. If you are looking to settle down like for one family doctor, TARA is the therapist.

I have tried going to so many different RMTs and clinics, but Tara was the only RMT that is able to make a difference in the pain that I have. Tara took the time to listen and did a prior assessment to figure out the source of my pain. She provided me with a tailored treatment that helped ease my sore muscles and lessen the pain. Tara is the best Therapist and certified RMT I've visited and I'm happy I listened to my brother and his referral. She listens to all potential concerns and problems and makes a personalized wellness plan.
