We purchased our Novatech Imagine 2 door set of sliding patio doors a little over 10 years ago through Wardco Window. Within the 10 year warranty period both sets of blinds which operate completely independently broke within the glass panes. The blinds are encased in the glass panes and there is no direct external contact with them. This is very strange that they broke at the exact same time since they are completely independent of one another. We tried several times to phone Wardco Windows and doors but there was never an answer. I finally contacted someone at Wardco by email. At this point it was just outside the warranty and they quoted $2000 to replace the doors. The person at Wardco tried to contact Novatech several times, but they could not get in touch with anyone. This is such a poor business practice for a manufacturer not to respond to their distributor. I tried to contact Novatech directly by phone, but no luck. I also sent a message on their website outlining the situation, but no response. This has been several months now and they have not even got in touch with. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am disgusted by this whole experience.

Excellent Service and Quality –I had Wardco install windows and doors in my house. Wardco was on time and on budget. I had last minute changes and they were very accommodating. I was thrilled with the product. I have recommended Wardco to family and friends since, and they were also happy with their experience. Thanks guys!

In less than 10 years our new windows made by Pol***d rusted, leaked, fogged over and were NOT covered by their warranty. They quoted us over $250 to replace a single window. Our neighbour had the same issue and bought replacement windows from Wardco and were very satisfied with the service, quality and price. So I called up Wardco. Their on site technician was here in a day, a quote was received in a week and the new windows were installed in a month. And the cost was 30% less than the local competitor. The Wardco technician James was very professional. Their customer service rep Marie was great to deal with. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever still waiting for them to come out and fix my leaking windows. It’s been over 5 years came out to remeasure in 2020 have yet to come back. They never answer my calls and now ignore my emails I wish I could attach the pictures I have. I hope nobody else experiences this nightmare

Don’t let your window contractor order from these guys. Or you will wait and get no customer service. Brutal. Ordered in June. It’s now March and no product. A simple door ridiculous. We received articulating glass from Germany in half the time.

I need replacement parts for my windows. I’ve tried calling about 30 times, sent numerous emails, left voicemails and nobody has gotten back to me. This is so frustrating!!! Can someone PLEASE respond?

I purchased Wardco windows about 12 years ago. Since then a part on one of the windows constantly breaks and needs replacement (every 2 years)in order for the window to stay open. Recently, a crank on a window broke. I emailed the company in October to purchase replacement parts with no response I called in November and left a message, which was returned and I emailed that person pictures of the parts I need on November 18th. On November 29th I emailed for an update and no response. Customer service is very very poor. I've emailed again and still waiting........

This company is absolutely awful with their customer service. We have had a service call in with them since October of 2021 and I have received no information in regards to when my window panes will be replaced. We went to this company out of recommendation from multiple people and are absolutely disappointed. I have called multiple times and asked for a simple callback to get an explanation as to why our service has not been complete and they haven't even had the decency to call me back. They also have brushed off my service multiple times. I do not recommend this company as their customer service and overall approach to issues within the company is awful

My initial review below explains why I first gave only 1 star, but I recently received a communication apologizing for and explaining the historical service department problems and a new commitment to, and action upon, my outstanding service issue, which I am confident will now be resolved quickly.I have been trying to get warranty service from Landmark Home Solutions for several years. They have measured the window three times, and then I wait and get no follow-up. With great difficulty, I eventually get through and they promise to order the window, but I never hear back from them. The last time I got through to someone was October 2021 and I was promised 2 to 3 week delivery and called on 2022-01-13 and got connected to Wardco, left voice mail messages then and several times since, with no response at all.
