Cheryl Bergquist - Reiki

I have attended reiki sessions with Cheryl three times now, and am over the moon happy with my experiences! She's very kind and professional, thoughtful about the process and my feelings. She makes the space feel very safe and comfortable, which, I believe, is a huge reason that my sessions have been so successful. Cheryl has guided my sessions to my comfort level, and been supportive of my feelings and intuition throughout. I am energized after every visit with Cheryl and have expressed my love and gratitude for her and her practice to anyone who will listen! I have been working with Cheryl and her Reiki practice for several years. Looking back, the changes in my life are Profound to say the least.It started with a session mostly out of curiosity. It was so relaxing and peaceful. The session calmed my anxiety and stress and the effects stayed with me for long after.After that first session, I would go back for more to again feel the presence and peace in my mind, body and soul. Over time, small changes started happening. I would wake up more calm. I let things roll off me more. My friends started noticing I was happier, more positive. I was actually working my happiness and spirituality with Cheryl's and Reiki's help. Lots of this work is my own, but I feel guided to a healthier path of self care, compassion for self and others. After many years of struggle, I was beginning to see a light ahead.I have taken my Reiki Level I and II training with Cheryl and love this journey. No matter where this leads me, I know it is a positive healthy change in my life.I highly recommend a session with Cheryl. Whether you go for one session or more, I believe it will be a benefit. We all deserve it.It is the best self care I have ever had. I have gifted many of my closest friends sessions with Cheryl. I trust Cheryl implicitly. Her kind, gentle and loving approach is beautiful. There is never any pressure. She just sends love. I hope you have an amazing journey.

I have had a few Reiki sessions with Cheryl now and absolutely love going to see her, she makes you feel super comfortable and is very knowledgeable, she is also really easy to talk to, I also just received my Reiki level 1 with Cheryl and I cannot say enough great things about her. I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone that is wanting to get into this type of healing or looking for someone to have a Reiki session with.

Calming and peaceful environment

I have received Reiki from Cheryl and I always left feeling at peace and more in tune with myself. I enjoy it so much that I recently decided to take the certification for level one and level two with her , she is an amazing Reiki master and I have received invaluable knowledge from her, I’m forever grateful .
