They would not replace a part they lost.I went into all day automotive to get a vehicle inspection. Everything went fine until picked up my car I noticed my exhaust silencer was missing. I brought this up and requested them to replace it. They refused since “they did not install it” which it’s a bit of a flawed argument because you could pretty much say that about any part on the car, also that does not change the fact it was on the car when I dropped it off and it was missing when I picked it up. Aside from that they also tightened the sway bar end links on my car without telling me before hand and scratched and scuffed up my brand new coilovers in the process.

The team at All Day Automotive are fantastic. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle sorted out after a mechanic from elsewhere did me wrong. And at a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

Amazing experience at All-Day Automotive! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They were able to squeeze in my car for a repair last minute (they have many knowledgeable, well trained mechanics and multiple bays and lifts in the shop). They were also able to diagnose and fix my Car when no other shop could. They kept me updated on the repair process and what was being done and timelines for completion. I have finally found an amazing honest mechanic in Kelowna and will never go anywhere else again!

Finding All Day was such a blessing. My car has been well taken care of and the team has never done unnecessary repairs which some shops have tried to do. They are friendly and do a great job!

What a great spot! I happened to buy a set of used winter tires next door and they sent me here to see about getting them installed. All Day Auto not only quoted me a very reasonable rate to install them, but when they did, they did a complimentary balance check on the tires (since they were already mounted and should have likely been balanced at one time but I had asked them to anyway) and found one was out. They balanced them for me and only charged me for that and not the mounting (and the prices were almost the same). They also noted that my battery posts were corroded so they cleaned them up and protected them at no charge. Then they mentioned that my rear brakes would need attention soon. They put absolutely no pressure on my to make a decision then but, since we were leaving on a long road trip, I went ahead with it which they got done right away. And as a bonus, it came out even cheaper than the already affordable price they had quoted me. So glad I happened upon this place. I've found my new mechanics in Kelowna!! Thanks guys!

Wow, real customer service.....different for Kelowna! I've been bringing my older model vehicle (2000) over to All-Day for the last couple years now and they've looked after all my needs. They even keep me in the loop during the fix (yes phone calls), to keep me up to date with the repair........no guessing game. Thanks Kyle, Tami & Drew!!

Friendly, nice people. Good quality work... what I like is that they never try to persuade you to do unneeded work. I trust them to decide what needs to be done. Even other competitor shops in town highly of them. Wish there were more local businesses like this one..

It would be hard pressed to find a more profesionnal mechanic shop in town. Diagnosed the problem with my truck, & stayed in contact with me throughout the repair. These guys are great!
