Con there customers into paying extra. Your “current add ons” means previous month’s add ons, so there is no way of tracking what you actually have for a phone plan or what you’re using. Then you get a surprise bill - fun!Their app does not work. You’ll spend hours on the phone with technical support just to have them tell you to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Eastlink customer service is a joke, do not recommend.From the outside they look like they have good deals but you end up paying way more. Go with one of the ‘big’ companies, their deals are better and their technical support won’t tell you “there’s nothing we can do”

Dropped by here with a friend who was in the market for a new cellular phone and plan. Very quiet Thursday evening with no customers. 2 staff on site provided very good information and helpful advice to my friend. I listened but did not engage but what stuck out for me was the helpfulness of the staff and the no pressure attitude. They provided options and ideas without pressure.

Had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. Had service for two weeks into a new activation with money down, but was suspended after two weeks of service into the billing month due to being over a credit limit. Our first bill would have been WAY over the credit limit anyway and we were not advised of any suspension, that we had a credit limit, we were told nothing. The rep who initiated our service neglected to inform us of any relevant policies pertaining to billing so due to this we lost our service and our numbers. We also were not advised of any impending suspension, just cut off. The rep had us sign our agreement that we did not see nor recieved a copy of. Customer service didn't listen or care about our problem and treated us like people who don't pay their bills. Accounts receivable was impossible to work with as well. We got nowhere with this company and had to lose out on money spend down, lost our numbers and had to scramble to find new phone service. I do not recommend any dealings with this company based on my above dealings with a multitude of representatives that work for this company.

My identification card broke in half and was told they couldn't accept it, even tho once put together it perfectly fit, all other mobile phone places had no issues with it, bad service.

Tried going in today to get a new phone. They told me I have bad credit, however my credit and credit score is something I take passion in. So, I pulled up my credit score and showed her, that I have in fact great credit well over the 750's. She just stares blankly at me and told me she wants 400 dollars down no matter what. I have a feeling this place just scams customers for their money. Something seems fishy and I highly wouldn't recommend this place.

Worst telecom service I’ve ever experienced. From start to finish everything was a fight, everything took several tries and was a miserable experience.
