Unfriendly staff and higher price than any other retailer. In the store, I inquired about price match policy. The staff said it's a long list and you have to give me the name of the retailer." Ordered a Baby Bjorn baby carrier from their website. It shipped same day and came extremely quickly I think two days. Packaging is good and we recieved exactly what we ordered. Would recommend.

We bought a package deal from snuggle bugz (online) on black Friday and paid the whole amount as it showed on the payment page. A week after our purchase, we received an email that requested us to pay almost 100$ extra as a provincial tax. Since there was a mistake in their system. Their online customer service was rude and unprofessional. Please be careful, they are not transparent in their online prices and won't take responsibility for their mistakes. I won't buy from this store and won't recommend it. The coupon they offered was less than a third of the extra we had to pay, Only 25 dollars. I won't trust the prices in their website

Felisha was super knowledgable and incredibly approachable and friendly. We called ahead for an exchange and when we got there she called us by name. She made the exchange seamless and had tips for all of the issues I had. I had a lot of questions that I felt comfortable bringing up. Her superb customer service had me wanting to purchase more and support such a great store and staff. I ended up looking around for what I could stock up on and she had great product suggestions. I would highly recommend this location because of Felisha and I wouldn't want to go anywhere but here. Thanks Felisha for making the day brighter for us sleep deprived new parents

Unhelpful experience when you leave messages on the store voicemail that are not checked or answered. Then when you call during the day no one answers the phone. They tell you that you might place an order online but if someone walks into the store and buys your item, your order will be canceled eventually. I lost out on a discontinued stroller I drove 2 hours to purchase because someone phoned and put it on hold a few hours before I arrived. Even though the item sat in my cart and I could have placed my order at any time. Had the staff checked voicemails at the start of the shift and phoned me back they would have known I was coming to buy that stroller. Leaving messages unanswered and taking phone calls for holds during the day is unacceptable and unfair. I was told I should of kept trying to call" thats unacceptable. Also

Terrible experience. Restocking fees of 50% deducted from my full priced purchase. Myself as a customer was not made aware until the return was processed. Would never come back to any location from this experience.

I don't typically write google reviews however, I think it's important to share my experience. I use to enjoy coming to this location because the staff were lovely, super helpful and friendly. I have noticed there has been a complete turnover in staff recently and the couple of times I have been in there, the staff were not friendly or helpful. I asked a question and even received eye rolling. Very disappointing!

Felisha and Lynn were very helpful and knowledgable advising me on jogger strollers, as well as co-ordinating car seats. I was happy to take advantage of the 20% off sale for the Bumbleride Indie and look forward to using it with my baby this fall!
