Location: Inside Skylon Tower by elevators.Very slow service…waited more that 15min. One person on cash and 3 others standing behind counter not helping move the line.AVOID any mug purchases there! Huge markup compared to other Starbucks. Paid $10 extra per mug compared to normal cost. Not sure about other merchandise.Review is 2 stars simply because Staff were polite and food/beverages tasted as expected. Otherwise would have rated 1 star. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

Good store within Skylon Towers for a coffee or cold beverages. We enjoyed the Dragon Fruit Lemonade. Worth a try!

Staff not wearing masks, she was the supervisor on Dec 18 at 6:30pm,this blonde lady is disrespectful, doesn't give a dime about other people's health. And she gets upset when asking her to wear a mask when preparing a beverage, she was breathing on my coffee...

The Starbucks from skylon tower is absolutely great. The service I received ordering my regular cold brew iced coffee was splendid. I've seen reviews about the pricing and although it is expensive it is a tourist area and Starbucks can be pricy anyways so just keep that in mind but other then that it's an amazing team they have. They never forget my order and always treat me with care. 10/10, recommend passing by for a visit.

Customer service is really good. The staff is very nice. What I don't like is they're privately owned, so they don't apply offers and not points earned. Just to let you know.

They change you here with extra dollars in the name of “Private Starbucks”! They charge me for black tea lat small size for $6.10! Regularly other locations is around $4.50. Also, they charge you for extra syrup or caramel! And the taste is not same as Starbucks! So don’t waist your money guys

Was inside skylon towers and saw this Starbucks . Kids were very thirsty and got some refreshers . Got 3 different types of refreshers and all were tasting good . Coffee was ok. Service could be better . Overall a good experience but could be better

I came to check starbucks and the sir how take order was really nice but I asked for less ice twice and lady who named Mayfe with black hair and glass just ignore after this experience you have really bad filling but I hope the mangment ask her to change her behavior
