Ottawa Duct Cleaning
‘Dryer vent cleaning’ was the service provided. The technician arrived promptly. He explained everything he was going to do, and worked quickly and efficiently. He also advised us that we might want to consider relocating the dryer vent since it is currently located on the steepest part of the roof, which makes it difficult to service.We have been using Ottawa Duct Cleaning for about 5 years now, and we have always been pleased with their work and their expertise. Fantastic experience with Ottawa Duct Cleaning. The service men who came were professional, friendly and helpful. They even helped me move my bunny's cage so he wouldn't be terrified when they were doing their work. Would 100% recommend them.

From the beginning to the end they were responsive. I sent a quick email to get a quote got almost immediate response. Quickly from there time was placed. The price was very transparent but not pushy. Love that! Tech showed up told me what was going to happen then wrapped it up showed me pictures of before and after in vents. Would highly recommend.

Ottawa duct cleaning did an amazing job at our house. The two gentlemen who did the cleaning were professional, friendly, left No Mess behind, just all in all a very positive experience. I don't think I would ever go with anyone else ever again

Ottawa Duct Cleaning were incredibly professional clearing out our ducts. They were super friendly and very efficient with the job, letting us know what to have clear prior to the appointment. Cost was fair and transaction smooth with zero surprises. The two technicians were very nice and easy to deal with. They showed us photos of the before and after and also provide tips on avoiding dust build up on our computer which is positioned next to a return vent. Very happy with the service.

Very happy with their service. The guys showed up on time and did a professional job. They used some matts to protect wall corners from being damaged by the big pipes - believe it or not, the carpet guys from homedepot didn't have those protection and made a mess with my recently painted walls.Overall, they are professional and I would use them again.

Ottawa Duct Cleaning
I was very impressed with this company, from the office manager to the team that did the duct cleaning. They showed up on time and were very careful to ensure that their hoses would not rub against the walls. They explained how they would proceed and got to work.There was no attempt to oversell you extra services. They also took the time to answer a few questions that I asked. They also showed us pictures of the vents taken before and after their cleaning.I will use their services again and would highly recommend them.
